Proposed Plan to Provide Staff for IT. Staff Augmentation Services MVP Consulting Plus (MVPC+) has a proud history of providing superior information technology (IT) staff augmentation services to government agencies and private sector firms. Our knowledgeable management team plans to draw on our wealth of experience to provide outstanding IT staff augmentation services to the Florida Department of Management Services (the Department). We plan to work closely with the Department to identify the requirements needed for the Department job families, specific job titles, and scope variants (listed on the Staff Augmentation Attachment E Price Sheet) and provide the Department with qualified candidates that match the requisite skill sets. With an understanding of the requirements needed for each requested position, MVPC+’s Senior Consultant and his team will seek out and identify those candidates who possess the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities, and whose experience, former roles and responsibilities match the stated requirements. MVPC+ follows the procedures outlined in this Staffing Resource Management Plan to identify the talent and resources needed, procure candidates, coordinate interviews, and work out the details of each position, such as the expected start and end dates, project timelines and budgets, and any training or training procedures that may be needed. We also perform extensive prescreening of each candidate, conduct reference checks, and determine the correct staff fit for each position. MVPC+ ensures staffing availability and will provide comprehensive staff resource management to meet the Department staff augmentation needs. MVPC+ covers many IT specialty areas and currently places candidates in a variety of government agencies in contract positions that are hourly based and similar in scope to the Department’s requirements for a staff augmentation contract. For example, we have worked for several years with the NYS Office of General Services Hourly-Based IT Services and were recently awarded a similar contract to provide staff augmentation services to the State of North Carolina. We are equipped to meet the staffing needs of the Department in a fiscally competitive manner.
