Protective Clothing and Shoes. 39.16.1 Rain Gear - The City will provide rain gear upon request of the employee in the classifications named below who may be assigned to work in inclement weather. Protective Clothing and Shoes. The County will provide protective clothing (hard hats, gloves, coats, etc.) and shoes to any Employees whose duties require such. New clothing and shoes will be provided as necessary.

Related to Protective Clothing and Shoes

  • Protective Clothing and Equipment (a) The Employer shall provide and pay for all reasonable protective devices, clothing and other equipment necessary to properly protect Employees from injury and unhealthy conditions in the performance of their work. The Employer shall make provisions for the proper cleaning and maintenance of all safety equipment, devices and clothing at no cost to the Employees. The Employer shall make available to Employees an updated copy of applicable Health and Safety Legislation, Regulations, Policies and Standards including, but not limited to:

  • Protective Clothing 14.1 The Employer will be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.

  • UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.

  • Employee Training and Discipline Contractor agrees to advise its personnel who have access to Medi-Cal PII of the confidentiality of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for non-compliance contained in applicable Federal and State laws. Contractor shall:

  • Personal Medical Leave 1. Accrued 100% sick leave may be used at the employee's discretion. Such leave may be taken before or after the vacation described in No. 3 below.
