Public Involvement - Design Phase. Prepare and deliver these services through planning, implementation and messaging efforts. Consultant shall do the following as a part of the planning process during the design phase: • Prepare project communications plan. • Prepare for and facilitate initial project meeting with Rimrock HOA. This meeting will allow the City to share the project need and introduce the project to the HOA. • Prepare an initial Project Fact Sheet, identifying the benefits of the project. (City input/approval required.) • Discuss and provide ideas/input toward consultant-prepared Public Involvement Plan. • Establish and maintain a stakeholders list including but not limited to Residents, Emergency Services and Deliveries. Consultant shall do the following as a part of the implementation process during the design phase: • DOWL will prepare for and attend project team meetings as required. It is anticipated that Public Involvement participation in project meetings will be greater during early design stages and initial construction. • DOWL will develop understanding of the project impacts, specifically impacts to homeowners/residents on NW Silver Buckle Road and Firerock Road. • Prepare for and facilitate Rimrock HOA team meeting at 10% design. This meeting will present the recommended alternative and Project Definition 10% design to the HOA. • Prepare for and facilitate Rimrock HOA team meeting at 30% design. This meeting will present the 30% Schematic Design to the HOA. • DOWL will review easements along the Rimrock HOA private roads to understand impacts for permitting support. • DOWL will perform door-to-door property visits to share project information following 10% design HOA meeting. Information and feedback from these visits will be summarized in writing. • Develop project messaging including benefits to the City (systems development, cost savings), residents (improved infrastructure), public (environment and the river). • Consultant will perform subconsultant project administration.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.
