Common use of Public Office Leave Clause in Contracts

Public Office Leave. An employee with at least one (1) year of service who is elected to a full time public office may be granted a leave of absence without compensation or benefits for up to a maximum of three (3) years. Seniority will not be accumulated during this leave of absence.

Public Office Leave. An employee with at least one who has completed two (12) year years of continuous full-time service who and is elected or appointed to a full time Union or public office shall be granted leave for a period not to exceed four (4) years, which period may be granted a leave extended at the sole discretion of absence without compensation the Employer. No salary or benefits for up to a maximum of three (3) years. Seniority will not be accumulated during this leave of absenceprovided by the Employer, nor shall seniority or salary credit accrue.

Public Office Leave. An employee with at least one (1) year of service who is elected to a full time public office may be granted a leave of absence without compensation or benefits for up to a maximum max- imum of three (3) years. Seniority will not be accumulated during this leave of absence.

Public Office Leave. An employee with at least Employee, who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without loss of seniority and without pay, for a period of one (1) year year. Such leave shall be renewed for each year, on request, during her term of service who is elected to a full time public office may be granted a leave of absence without compensation or benefits for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
