Employee Physicals. The School Board shall provide for and schedule physicals for Pest Control employees every two (2) years. Additionally, The School Board of Polk County shall provide for and schedule physical examinations if said physical is required by the School Board for continued employment.

Employee Physicals. Section 6.1. The Employer shall pay for DOT/CDL physicals once every two (2) years, provided employees go to St. Xxxx’s/Occupational Health.
Employee Physicals. Those employees required to take physical examinations to meet regulatory standards for performing the function of their current position (examples: for pulmonary tests or DOT requirements, or for follow up visits as required by regulatory standards, excluding follow up visits due to personal health issues), shall be paid for their time required to take the physical at his/her straight time regular rate of pay. The Company shall pay the cost of physicals when any Company official orders or directs the employee to be physically examined by any agency or physician. The Company shall make every reasonable effort to schedule physicals during normal working hours.

Employee Physicals. The District Medical Director and/or his/her designee will perform the following employee physical examinations:
(a) Physical examinations of staff as required by New York State Department of Health or Department of Transportation, and as requested by the Superintendent of Schools;
(b) Physical examinations of the Superintendent of Schools;
(c) Physical examinations of bus drivers in accordance with Department of Transportation requirements; and,
(d) Physical examinations of other school employees in accordance with Department of Transportation requirements, upon request of the Superintendent of Schools.
Employee Physicals. Employee annual physicals are to be done off duty for regular straight-time rate of pay for a maximum of two (2) hours and are not to be considered hours worked for the purposes of calculating overtime. Physicals may be scheduled within the month before, the month of, or the month after the employee's anniversary date.
