Qualifications and Staffing. Maintain employees and volunteers for the waiting rooms that are appropriate and effective role models for the children. • Children’s Waiting Room staff (“Teachers”) should possess an AA degree or the equivalent from a two-year college in Early Childhood Education or child Development and sixteen (16) units of general education plus a minimum of 175 days experience as a Teaching Assistant. • Teachers should be bilingual in English and Spanish, and must possess the computer knowledge necessary to fulfill the job requirements. • Implement an employee and volunteer screening and reference check system that ensures employees are appropriate for children’s waiting rooms, including screenings for substance abuse and a history of child abuse. Personnel must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test prior to performing any Work. Results of the criminal background check and drug test shall be released to JBE prior to the start of any new staff working on site. • Ongoing procedures and practices for the monitoring of employee and volunteer performance. • Conduct regular and timely performance reviews for all staff of the waiting rooms and follow established procedures for hiring, discipline, and termination. • Provide for ongoing recruitment and monitoring of suitable volunteers and regular staff that reflect the racial, economic, linguistic, and ethnic diversity of Santa Xxxxxxx County. • Contractor shall provide a record to the JBE of each of its employees working on this Agreement as follows: • Name, address, and telephone numberDate of Birth • Court Work Location • Work Classification and Rate of PayEmergency Contact Information • Prior to working on site, the JBE must receive from Contractor, a signed and dated Employee/Volunteer Statement Form (CLETS) Agreement, Attachment D, from each employee to work on site. • Contractor shall cooperate with the JBE if the JBE wishes to perform any background checks on Contractor’s personnel, by obtaining, at no additional cost, all releases, waivers, and permissions the JBE may require. Contractor shall not assign personnel who refuse to undergo a background check. Contractor shall provide prompt Notice to JBE of (i) any person who refuses to undergo a background check, and (ii) the results of any background check requested by the JBE and performed by Contractor. Qualifications and Staffing. The Architect represents and acknowledges that it is knowledgeable of all codes, standards (including the Standards), rules and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction in which the Project is located, including, but not limited to, all health, safety, environmental, building and zoning codes, rules and regulations, and by this representation agrees to comply with these codes, standards (including the Standards), rules and regulations. Should the Architect fail to comply with these applicable codes, standards (including the Standards), rules and regulations in accordance with the Standard of Care, as described in Section F below, the Architect hereby agrees to bear all additional costs incurred in securing compliance with such codes, standards, rules or regulations. However, in paying such additional costs, the Architect shall not be responsible for any cost or expense that provides betterment, upgrade or enhancement of the Project beyond that necessary to comply with such codes, standards (including the Standards), rules and regulations or which would have been a cost of the Project had such matters been considered initially. The Architect represents that it is and all the Subconsultants are experienced and fully qualified to perform the Services contemplated by this Agreement, and that it is and all the Subconsultants are properly licensed pursuant to applicable law to perform such Services. All staff used by the Architect in the performance of the Services shall be qualified by training and experience to perform their assigned tasks. The Architect shall submit, for the Owner’s approval, a staffing proposal for the Project, complete with job description, names and previous experience of all design personnel. The Architect has designated the Principal, Project Architect, and Xxx Captain for the Project as stated in Exhibit F. The Principal, Project Architect, and Job Captain will not be reassigned without the Owner’s approval and the Owner shall have the right to approve their successors. If, for the benefit of the Project, the Owner believes a change in the Architect’s personnel assigned to the Project to be necessary, the Architect shall assign other employees acceptable to the Owner.

  • IRO Qualifications The IRO shall:

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Staff Qualifications a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065.

  • Qualifications and experience (List the required education, work experience, expertise and competencies of the individual contractor. The listed education and experience should correspond with the level at which the contract is offered.)

  • Qualifications of Panelists All Panelists shall: (a) have expertise or experience in law, international trade, other matters covered by this Agreement, or the resolution of disputes arising under international trade agreements relevant to the subject matter of the dispute; (b) be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, impartiality, reliability, and sound judgment; (c) be independent of, and not be affiliated with or take instructions from, any Party; (d) not delegate their responsibilities to any other person; and (e) comply with the Model Rules of Procedure established in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure).

  • Driver Qualifications All drivers shall be trained and qualified in the operation of collection vehicles, and must have in effect a valid license, of the appropriate class, issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Contractor shall use the Class II California Department of Motor Vehicles employer “Pull Notice Program” to monitor its drivers for safety.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract. Lot 1– For projects up to $200,000 total Eligibility for this Lot is limited to the following:  Contractor is a New York State Certified Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprise; or  Contractor meets the definition of a New York State Small Business which is as follows: o A business which is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons (see State Finance Law section 160(8)).

  • Qualifications All authorizations, approvals or permits, if any, of any governmental authority or regulatory body of the United States or of any state that are required in connection with the lawful issuance and sale of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement shall be obtained and effective as of the Closing.

  • General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.
