Rate Revision. The wage scale attached hereto, Supplement No. 1, is approved by both Parties and may, subject to the mutual consent of both Parties, be revised once annually.
Rate Revision. (a) The Wage Scale attached hereto, Supplement No. 1, is approved by both Parties and may, subject to the mutual consent of both Parties be revised once annually. It is understood that the principle of the individual Mill Scale shall prevail in all such revisions. The Wage Scale shall not be adjusted for the purpose of establishing industry-wide rates.
Rate Revision. Successful bidders shall not been titled to any rate-revision of price for any reason except Govt. levies which become applicable after finalization of rate contract along with adequate documentary proof thereof.
Rate Revision. A. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxx's Board of Directors has the right to revise by tariff from time to time, the rates charged hereunder. Except as provided in Subsection b. below, if, during the term of this contract, Seller revises its minimum inside city retail water rate, the such revised rate shall likewise apply to water usage by Purchaser of this Contract.
Rate Revision. (a) So long as the Conservation Bond is outstanding, the Collection Agent shall, pursuant to the Tariff, on or before October 1 of each year following the initial effective date of the Tariff, file any Revised Tariff with the Commission as is reasonably necessary to adjust the Rates ("Rate Revision") to provide that the Allocated Conservation Amounts shall be sufficient to collect the Scheduled Payment Amount and to repay to the Collection Agent any Allocated Conservation Amount Advances, plus interest at the rate provided in the Revised Tariff. In addition, the Collection Agent may file a Revised Tariff with the Commission at any time the Collection Agent deems prudent and will file a Revised Tariff with the Commission to adjust the Rates whenever Scheduled Payment Amounts are due and remain unpaid or if the average balance in the Balancing Account exceeds or is less than twenty percent (20%) of the annualized Scheduled Payment Amount. Rate Revisions shall remain in effect until the earlier of (i) the next Rate Revision and (ii) the date when all Allocated Conservation Amounts due pursuant to the Tariff have been collected.
Rate Revision. In the event that the cost of sand, chemicals and/or fuel vary by [***] or more from the costs of such items referenced in the Bid Proposal, Contractor may, subject to Company’s approval, revise the rates/payments hereunder to reflect the increase or decrease in such costs, provided that any such rate/payment adjustment shall occur no more than [***] per year and no earlier than [***] months from the Effective Date.
