Raw Data. A Party generating the Data subject to exchange under Section 2.5(a) and (c)(ii) shall keep all of raw data from which the Data were derived in commercially usable condition in accordance with applicable Laws and shall allow the other Party access to such raw data upon the reasonable request by the other Party.
Raw Data. The Raw Data entity represents the data that is generated by the collaboration tools and by the interaction of its user. Such kind of data can be generally interpreted as the logging data of the system. For example, two participants of a chatting session can exchange messages to schedule a meeting. In this case, we intend to store the information that is being exchanged by the participants. We present in the following list the raw-data entities related to each category of tools, as we defined in the section 3.2.4
Raw Data. Should the Sponsor, during the course of the Study, request -------- raw data, or certified copies of same, the Sponsor shall pay CTBR for the preparation, verification, duplication and handling of such data, in accordance with CTBR's established charges for such services at that time and Sponsor may contact CTBR to support characterization requirements..
Raw Data. If the Sponsor requests any raw data (or certified copies of same) relating to a Study, the Sponsor shall pay ITR for the preparation, verification, duplication and handling of such data, in accordance with ITR’s current fees for such services. Upon the Sponsor’s written request, ITR shall provide the Sponsor with a written estimate of its charges for such services with respect to any such request for raw data, prior to the Sponsor’s authorizing such work. If the Sponsor notifies ITR to proceed in writing then it shall be liable for ITR’s charges and the Sponsor shall either pay ITR in accordance with the estimate that it provided to the Sponsor or as is otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
Raw Data. The raw data produced by most of the SI simulation tools is an ASCII or binary file containing measurement unit, scale, net names and x,y coordinate pairs representing a waveform, typically voltage over time. For EMC simulation they contain i.a. measurement unit, scale, net names, test distance and x,y, z coordinates representing e.g. the spectrum of an electric field E over frequency f.
Raw Data. The following raw data is planned to be collected from various sensors and data sources at adequate frequencies (i.e. with such granularity that the data collected is useful and reveals variations or abnormalities): Particle counter Tank temperature Current, electric motor Angular Speed High Pressure Low Pressure Temp oil before cooler Temp oil after cooler Temp cooling media(water) after cooler Temp cooling media(water) before cooler Ambient temp Temp house motor Temp house pump Temp loop Filter pressure Temp electric motor Oil saturation Stroke angle House pressure pump House pressure motor Current electric motor Tank level Vibrations? Acoustic emission?
Raw Data. The following raw data is planned to be collected from various sensors and data sources at adequate frequencies (i.e. with such granularity that the data collected is useful and reveals variations or abnormalities): Torque (1kHz) * Sound (max 80 kHz) * Temperature (20 Hz) Power consumption (1kHz) * Spindle speed (1kHz) * Tool position (1kHz) * Acceleration (max 80 kHz) * Cutting forces (from Kistler dynamometer, max 80 kHz) * * The values reflect wanted levels of frequency. With current available technologies the levels are considerable lower.

The following raw data is planned to be collected from various sensors and data sources at adequate frequencies (i.e. with such granularity that the data collected is useful and reveals variations or abnormalities): Angles (deg. lift, tilt, steer), engine rpm (Hz) Engine torque pressure Lift Tilt steering Actual gear (over time) Lit lever (%) Tilt lever (%) Cdc lever (%) Brake pedal pos. Raw Data. With respect to the Raw Data, You agree that the Company will handle and store such Raw Data as set out in the DPA. You warrant and represent that if any Raw Data is made available or uploaded as per this clause, it has, will and will at all times have the required consents, approvals, authorizations and confirmations from You. In addition to any remedies available, you agree to indemnify, defend (at Company's option) and hold harmless the Company and its employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders against any claims, demands, losses, fines, interests, penalties arising out of or in connection with the breach of this clause.
Raw Data. For each Campaign or other Service performed hereunder, the OCT Personnel shall maintain the raw data files that are generated by the analysers and fermenters used for execution of such Campaign or other Service (as applicable), and shall deliver such raw data files in a format reasonably requested by TOTAL within five (5) days after the conclusion of each Campaign or other Service (including Campaigns and Services terminated prior to completion). For the avoidance of doubt, such raw data files shall be deemed to be Confidential Information of TOTAL for the purposes of this Agreement; however Amyris may keep copies of such raw data files in accordance with Section 3(d) of the Agreement. Amyris and TOTAL have entered into an agreement under which Amyris will provide fermentation and downstream separations scale-up services as well as training and related services to TOTAL employees at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Emeryville, California (the “Pilot Plant”). You are one of the Amyris employees who will perform such services at the Pilot Plant. The services will be performed at the request of TOTAL under the oversight of Amyris’ Pilot Plant Manager in coordination with TOTAL (TOTAL manager referred to as the “TOTAL BPP Coordinator”). Employees of TOTAL also will be using and working in the Pilot Plant. You will be interacting with TOTAL employees and materials belonging to TOTAL and may learn about or become exposed to confidential information belonging to TOTAL or its partners. It also is important to remember that you may possess confidential information belonging to Amyris or some of its other partners and need to ensure that you do not disclose this information to the TOTAL employees. It is important to Amyris and TOTAL that you understand your obligations in regard to that information. As a consequence, Amyris and TOTAL have established the following policies to help guard against improper disclosure of confidential information and to help guide interactions between you and TOTAL employees. Note that this policy does not affect your obligations to Amyris under your Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement. By signing this policy below, you hereby confirm and agree that: • You will only disclose to TOTAL employees information about Amyris projects, materials or personnel (whether marked “confidential” or “proprietary” or communicated in oral, written, graphic or electronic form) if you are specifically instructed to do so by the Pilot Plant Manager. • You w...
