Recall of Full-Time Employees. Recall of full-time employees shall be in order of service seniority providing the employee is qualified and able to perform the work which is available after a period of familiarization. Such recall shall be on a part-time basis except that continuous work of six (6) months or longer shall be considered to be "full- time" recall under this section. An employee who declines an offer pursuant to this paragraph shall be deemed to have declined placement, and shall claim severance pay.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • TIME EMPLOYEES Part-time employee means an employee whose weekly scheduled hours of work on average are less than those established in Article 25 but not less than those prescribed in the Public Service Labour Relations Act.
