Recall - Rates of Pay. An employee recalled without notice to work overtime immediately preceding their normal starting time shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate according to the following scale: a. if they commence work up to one hour prior to normal starting time - Two hours minimum; b. if they commence work over one hour and up to two hours prior to normal starting time - Three hours minimum; c. if they commence work over two hours prior to normal starting time - Four hours minimum. In computing overtime each day's work shall stand alone.

Recall - Rates of Pay. An employee recalled from layoff to the classification laid off from, shall be recalled to the same step level he/she had achieved at the time of the layoff. An employee recalled from layoff to a different classification will go to the new rate range for that classification. If the employee is recalled to a different classification which is lower paying than the classification he/she was laid off from, the employee shall be placed at the maximum step for that classification he/she is recalled to.

  • Rates of Pay (a) Employees shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay negotiated by the Parties of this Agreement. For information purposes, the applicable rates of pay are recorded as Appendix A to this Agreement.
