Recording leave. It shall be the responsibility of Human Resources Administrator to establish a system of accounting to record accumulated leave under this section and monitor the use of such leave. Leave usage will be deducted first from the compensable sick leave account. When that account is exhausted, leave will then be deducted from the non-compensable sick leave account.
