Reemployment Priority. List (RPL) shall be created by each NAF HR office and jointly used by NAF HR offices in the commuting area, as defined by regulation.

Reemployment Priority. A. The Employer shall establish and maintain a reemployment priority list. The priority list shall extend to all competitive levels in the competitive areas for which the unit employee is qualified and available. Eligibility shall be determined by seniority of service computation date.
Reemployment Priority. A. The Employer shall establish and maintain a reemployment priority list for each competitive area in which it separates Group I or II employees by reduction in force. The name of each separated employee shall be entered on the list for all competitive positions in the commuting area for which they are qualified and available.

  • Reemployment Rights a. Laid-off employees are eligible for reemployment in the classification from which laid off for a thirty-nine (39) month period from the effective date of layoff and shall be reemployed in the reverse order of layoff, as vacancies become available.

  • Sick Leave and Personal Leave The Administrator shall be granted paid sick leave, as defined in Section 24-6 of The School Code, of twelve (12) workdays per contract year accumulative to three hundred forty (340) days. The Administrator shall be granted three (3) paid personal leave days per contract year for personal business. Unused personal leave days shall be credited towards the Administrator’s accumulated sick leave.
