Reengagement Plan. The district must create a plan tailored to the student’s individual circumstances, including consideration of the incident that led to the student’s long-term suspension or expulsion. The plan should aid the student in taking the necessary steps to remedy the situation that led to the suspension or expulsion. In developing the reengagement plan, the district may consider shortening the length of time that the student is suspended or expelled, other forms of corrective action and supportive interventions that aid in the student’s academic success and keep the student engaged and on track to graduate.

Reengagement Plan. If NGE elects to resume door-to-door marketing or other forms of in-person solicitation, outbound telemarketing, outbound e-mail marketing or any form of marketing from which it refrained during the Stand Down Period of retail energy products to Illinois residential or small commercial customers after the Stand Down Period and prior to the end of the Reengagement Period (“Reengagement Period Sales and Marketing”), NGE shall submit to Staff a document detailing the Company’s plan for such action (“Reengagement Plan”). The Reengagement Plan shall demonstrate that the Company has developed a sales and marketing strategy in Illinois that is consistent with this Compliance Plan and includes the information set forth herein. The Reengagement Plan will be submitted to Staff no less than two (2) months prior to the date that NGE begins Reengagement Period Sales and Marketing.   • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article.   • Procurement Plan 8. The Borrower shall update the Procurement Plan as needed throughout implementation of the Project, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the Borrower shall in consultation with ADB determine whether the Procurement Plan needs to be updated. The Borrower shall implement the Procurement Plan in the manner in which it has been approved by ADB.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Retirement Program Any employee employed prior to October 1, 1977, working at least seventy (70) hours per month shall by law be a member of the Washington Public Employees Retirement system (PERS) Plan One. Any employee working at least seventy (70) hours per month, entering employment on or after October 1, 1977, shall by law be a member of the School Employees Retirement System, Plan Two or Three. The District shall provide each new employee information concerning PERS or SERS membership benefits.

  • Service Plan 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term:
