Referential Price Sample Clauses

Referential Price. Considering that the provision of the SERVICES will occur as of a future date, the PARTIES agree that the PRICE presented in the preceding Clause 2.1 is referential, that means, it shall be adjusted/recomposed (a) as of March 31, 2022 (“BASIS DATE”), up to the moment of commencement of the SERVICES, by the criterion established in item 3.1.1 below; and (b) from the time of commencement of the SERVICES and for the entire term of this CONTRACT, by the criteria and rules established in Section 3.1.2 below. The value obtained by applying such readjustments/composition will be the PRICE for all purposes and effects, always subject to the readjustment and recomposition rules, in the terms of the referred Clause 3.
