Regular Part Time Staff Member. A staff member who is: (a) hired to fill a position for an indefinite period of time, and (b) is regularly scheduled to work twenty (20) hours or more per week but less hours per week than a Regular Full Time staff member in the same position/classification as defined in Section 4.02 above, shall be deemed a Regular Part Time staff member. A Regular Part Time staff member shall be eligible for benefits as follows:

Regular Part Time Staff Member. A staff member who is hired to fill a position for an undetermined period of time. Regular part-time non-exempt staff will work twenty (20) hours or more per week but less than the Full Time equivalent for the position. A part-time staff member shall be eligible for pro-rated benefits. In addition, part-time staff shall be eligible for health insurance, as per current University policy, subject to continued approval of the State Health Benefits Commission.

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR 1. The annual salary established for employees covered by this Collective Agreement shall be payable in respect of the employees’ regular work year. The regular work year shall be the regular school year as established by the Board and shall not exceed one hundred and ninety-five (195) days in session per school year.
