Regular Permanent Full-time Employees. To Group Insurance, an amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the premium applicable to the subscribing employee. i To an Extended Health Care Plan, dollars deductible, one hundred (100) percent of the premium cost applicable to the subscribing employee. To Semi-private Blue Cross or equivalent, seventy-five (75) percent of the applicable premium. To Blue Cross or equivalent Dental Care Plan (current fee schedule), one hundred (100) percent of the premium applicable to the subscribing employee. The Employer shall contribute towards the cost of optometry examinations to a maximum of seventy-five (75) dollars every twenty-four (24) months. Vision Care, two hundred and fifty (250) dollars in twenty-four (24) months and Hearing Aid, two hundred and fifty (250) dollars lifetime, seventy-five (75) percent Employer paid, twenty-five (25) percent employee paid. Compulsory. Preferred Part-Time, Permanent Part-Time and Part-Time Employees: To Group Insurance, one hundred (100) percent of the premium being paid by the subscribing employee. It is agreed that enrolment in the Group Insurance is voluntary for preferred part-time, permanent part-time and part-time employees. It is further agreed that said employees shall elect Group Insurance upon completion of probation and then every year thereafter at the time at which they are offered enrolment into Preferred Part-Time, Permanent Part-Time and Part-Time employees shall receive, in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits paid to an employee, paid in whole or in part by the Employer as part of direct compensation or otherwise, save and except salary, vacation pay, jury and witness duty and bereavement pay) an amount equal to fourteen (14) percent of their regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid. Effective the first pay period after June the percentage in lieu payment shall not be reduced by the amount of the Employer’s contribution below nine (9) percent for any employee who is in, or comes to be in, the Employer’s pension plan (Ontario Municipal Employee’s Retirement System). Effective the first pay period on or after December the percentage in lieu payment shall not be reduced by the amount of the Employer‘s contribution below ten percent for any employee who is in, or comes to be in, the Employer’s pension plan (Ontario Municipal Employee’s Retirement System).

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular full-time employee is defined as one in respect of whom there is a regular schedule of work providing 70 hours of work biweekly.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Regular Employees A regular employee is an employee who has either served the required probationary term or has previously been employed in one of the other categories and has satisfactorily met the job requirements. The employee occupies a position that is considered part of the ongoing organization of OPG.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Applicable to Full-Time Employees An employee who qualifies under Article 16.04 and is required to work on any of the above-mentioned holidays will, at the option of the Employer, receive in addition to shift premium, if applicable, either;
