Regular Seniority Pool. A Seniority Pool shall be established for Regular Full-Time, Temp- orary and Regular Part-Time Employees. Access to the Regular Seniority Pool shall be extended to: all Regular Full-Time Employees upon completion of the proba- tionary period. all Temporary Employees upon completion of the probationary period. all Regular Part-Time upon completion of the same number of hours as are applicable to a Regular Full-Time occupying a similarly classified position.
