Regular Workday/Workweek. The regular workday for full-time unit members shall consist of eight and one-half (8.5) consecutive hours which shall include a one (1) hour unpaid meal period. The regular workweek consists of thirty-seven and one-half (37.5) hours and shall consist of five (5) consecutive workdays, Monday through Friday. Within five (5) working days from the employee’s effective date of hire or any exceptions or modifications to the employee’s work schedule (as stated below in Article 5.1.3 and 5.1.5), the District will forward to CSEA a signed copy of the Personnel Action form signed by the hiring Administrator. (Refer to Article 11.1)

Regular Workday/Workweek. The regular workweek shall consist of five days of seven hours of work. It is understood, however that the length of the workday and workweek may vary depending on the nature of the job duties being performed. Good faith efforts shall be made by the Employer to schedule engagements, including without limitation, recordings, workshops and meetings, during regular working hours in the time zone in which the work is being performed. The Employer shall provide at least ten (10) business days’ advance notice to Employees for engagements scheduled after 6 p.m. local time or on weekends, and the Employer shall consider timely input concerning recording schedules from Employees before making such schedules final.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Workweek A regularly re-occurring period of one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours consisting of seven (7) consecutive twenty-four (24) hour periods. Workweeks will normally begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday or as otherwise designated by the appointing authority.
