Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. The District will reimburse an employee for any loss or damage to his/her personal effects as a result of an assault by a student on the employee or his/her property while the employee is on duty in the school, on the school premises, or on school business provided the following have been complied with:
1. Automobiles must be parked in the designated areas and secured.
2. Any personal property or equipment which will be used by the employee must be registered in the principal's office or with the Supervisor; any coverage will be contingent upon the fact that the employee acted in a reasonable and prudent fashion in protecting the personal belongings or effects.
3. The employee's personal insurance company will provide primary coverage. If the coverage is limited or non-existent, the Board will assume the balance of the liability providing all other requirements in Article IX, A., have been complied with.
4. The Board will assume no liability for any sum of money. The Board will provide a secure place for each employee to keep his/her belongings. A closet or desk used to secure belongings may be shared with other employees.
5. No tools, equipment or other personal belongings will normally be required for the performance of any duties covered under this contract. If employee owned equipment is required and is registered according to A,2. of this Article the Board will accept liability to the extent qualified above.
6. This coverage is not intended to cover any liability other than assault as described above.
7. The Board will use depreciation factors (per generally accepted insurance company schedules) in determining losses.
8. Employees making a claim under this article shall be required to submit a police report to the local police department and submit a copy to the Director of Finance prior to being eligible for benefits under this article. The Director of Finance may waive this requirement for a police report.
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. The Inspector-General may approve reimbursement to an employee for loss or damage to clothing and/or personal effects, where the Inspector-General considers that the loss or damage: occurred while the employee was protecting Commonwealth property from loss or damage; was caused by a fault or defect in goods or other property belonging to the Commonwealth; resulted from an act or omission by a Commonwealth employee (other than by the employee claiming reimbursement); or in the circumstances, may reasonably be regarded as having occurred in the course of the employee’s duties. If approval is given, the amount to be reimbursed is the amount that the Inspector-General considers to be reasonable for the loss or damage. To claim reimbursement for loss or damage, the employee should make a written submission to the Inspector-General stating how the damage occurred, seeking reimbursement and attaching relevant receipts.
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. The CEO may approve reimbursement to an employee for loss or damage to clothing and/or personal effects, which occurred in the course of the employee’s work.
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. The District shall reimburse unit members for any loss, damage, or destruction of clothing, automobiles, or personal property of the unit member arising from assault and/or battery, theft, or vandalism while on duty at the work site, on the school premises, or on a school- sponsored activity unless such damage is due to negligence by the unit member.
12.2.1 The District shall reimburse unit members upon the filing of a written claim detailing the circumstances and extent of the loss.
12.2.2 As a prerequisite to reimbursement, the unit member shall have filed all required reports with the police and the unit member’s own insurance company, and reimbursement hereunder shall be for only the amount of loss left unreimbursed by that insurance company.
12.2.3 Such reimbursement shall not be made for losses of less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) aggregate, nor of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or to the level of the employee’s insurance deductible, whichever is less.
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. 22.5.1 Subject to clause 22.5.2 Forests NSW will reimburse and indemnify the Contractor for any loss of or damage to the Equipment occurring while the Equipment was under the direction and control of Forests NSW in accordance with clauses 22.2.1 and 22.2.2.
22.5.2 The requirements of clause 22.5.1 will not apply where:
(i) the loss or damage to the Contractor’s Equipment is covered by insurances taken out by the Contractor;
(ii) in the reasonable opinion of Forests NSW the fire which caused Forests NSW to exercise its rights of direction and control under clauses 22.2.1 and 22.2.2 (the fire) was knowingly or negligently lit, caused or maintained by the Contractor, or its subcontractors;
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. An employee carrying out authorized work involving hazardous conditions shall be reimbursed by the employer for loss of or damage to his/her personal property, including his/her automobile, authorized for use on such assignments when such loss or damage is directly related to the hazardous condition.
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. 50.1. An Interviewer will be eligible for reimbursement of reasonable costs for loss or damage to clothing or personal effects which occur in the normal course of the Interviewer’s work.

Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. 18.1 The Director-General may reimburse an employee for the loss or damage to clothing or personal effects occurred in the course of his or her work.

80.1. Where appropriate evidence is submitted that an employee has suffered loss or damage to their clothing and/or personal effects, which occurred in the course of their duties, the delegate may approve the payment of reasonable repair or replacement costs.
Reimbursement for Loss or Damage. The Chief Executive may approve the payment of reasonable repair or replacement costs, taking into account depreciation, where evidence is submitted that an employee has lost or damaged their clothing and/or personal effects in the course of their duties.
