Strategic Partnerships. 1. The Foundation shall have four initial Strategic Partners: "L'Institut des Amériques" in France and "Regione Lombardia" in Italy for the EU side, and Global Foundation for Democracy and Development (FUNGLODE), in Dominican Republic and United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) for the Latin American and Caribbean side.
Strategic Partnerships. Pursuant to ONTOGENY entering into a corporate partnership agreement or other similar strategic partnership agreement for development of Licensed Products, Milestone Products, Derivative Product, Cell Therapy Products and Derivative Cell Therapy Products, ONTOGENY will pay STANFORD, with sixty (60) days of execution of such partnership agreement, as follows: If agreement constitutes committed funds to ONTOGENY (including half the value of equity investments) of less than or equal to $2 Million, then STANFORD will receive $[**]. If agreement constitutes committed funds to ONTOGENY (including half the value of equity investments of less than $10 Million, but greater than $2 Million, then STANFORD will receive $[**]. Strategic Partnerships. There are a large number of strategic partnerships across Argyll and Bute that are aligned to particular policy and service areas. These partnerships contribute to the delivery of outcomes and are an essential element of the overall partnership network. They link into the overall CPP structure through the outcome leads and are accountable for service delivery and contribution to outcomes through the performance management process. The Full Partnership Responsibility for the overall development of community planning in Argyll & Bute lies with the Full partnership. It does this by delegating responsibility for individual aspects of community planning to Area Community Planning Groups, Management Committee and CPP Chief Officers Group. The activities of the CPP can be broken down into the following: • Strategic oversight of community planning. • Developing the Community Plan and Single Outcome Agreement to set the overall direction for community planning partners in Argyll & Bute. • Policy development across community planning partners that support the delivery of the community plan. • Engaging with communities to understand their needs and requirements and also to inform and consult on issues relating to the CPP. • Responding / reacting to national policy developments. • Effective working across community planning partners. • Continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the CPP. • Performance management to ensure delivery of the community plan. • Reporting performance to the public. The Full Partnership of the CPP will normally meet once each year to: • Review the annual report for the previous year. • Review progress to date for the current year. • Set direction for the next year. The beneficiaries are allowed to transfer up to 20% of the funds allocated for each of the following budget categories: Project management and implementation, Transnational Project Meetings, Intellectual Outputs, Multiplier Events, Learning/teaching/training activities and Exceptional costs to any other budget category with the exception of the budget categories Project management and implementation and Exceptional costs. Any budget transfer must result in an increase of maximum 20% of the amount awarded to that budget category as specified in Annex II. The beneficiaries are allowed to transfer funds allocated for any budget category to the budget category Special needs support, even if no funds are allocated for Special needs support as specified in Annex II. In such case the maximum increase of 20% of the budget category Special needs support does not apply. By derogation to point (a) of the present Article, the beneficiaries are allowed to transfer funds allocated for any budget category except Special needs support to the budget category Exceptional costs in order to contribute to the costs of a financial guarantee in so far as required by the NA in Article I.4.2 and even if no funds are allocated for Exceptional costs as specified in Annex II. In such case the maximum increase of 20% of the budget category Exceptional costs does not apply.]

As in previous years, Alzheimer Europe continued its collaboration with a number of other key European organisations with an interest in dementia, such as the European Alzheimer’s Disease Consortium, the European Federation of Neurological Societies, the European Association of Geriatric Psychiatry, the European Union Geriatric Medicine Society, the Interdem network, the European Association for Palliative Care and the International Association of Gerontology – European Region. As a member of the European Patients’ Forum (EPF), Alzheimer Europe contributed to European discussions on general health and patient related issues such as cross-border health-care or the legislation on information to patients. Alzheimer Europe also participated in an EPF seminar on health technology assessment and EPF’s General Assembly. Alzheimer Europe also continued its involvement with the Alliance for MRI which was created to address the concerns raised by the impact of a European Directive on the use of MRI for clinical and research purposes and participated in a meeting of the Alliance with members of the Cabinet of EU Health Commissioner Xxxx Xxxxx. The campaign of the Alliance contributed to the European Commission re-examining the directive. In 2010, Alzheimer Europe also strengthened the contacts with AGE, the European Platform for elderly people with the two organisations collaborating on the preparatory meetings of the Presidency Conferences on Mental Health and Dementia and exchanging information on their respective activities.

Strategic Partnerships. Contractor’s marketing plan shall include partnerships with the aforementioned housing associations. Contractor shall enlist sponsorships designed to increase opportunities to advertise to a targeted audience and increase participation at in-person events. Contractor shall encourage and enlist organizations to provide customized presentations, through which Contractor shall develop and deliver agendas and content specific to Agency OR-MEP. Contractor shall evaluate the benefits and member lists of each organization and recommend a preferred set of sponsorships to pursue as part of the Agency OR-MEP outreach initiative and final marketing plan. Key target partners shall include but not be limited to the following organizations;
