Relationship to Parent Awards. 2.1 This agreement shall apply concurrently with the relevant award or awards that apply, as a matter of law and are named in clauses 2.2 or 2.3 herein, or any other award or awards that apply as a matter of law, provided that the provisions of this agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency:
Relationship to Parent Awards. 6.1 This Agreement incorporates the allowable and preserved award entitlements and protected award conditions of the Awards (as appropriate to each employee) as in operation just before making this Agreement, and which are set out in Schedule D of this Agreement and form part of this Agreement subject to any limitations specified (‘Incorporated Terms’).

Relationship to Parent Awards. This Agreement shall apply in lieu of the Police Award 1965, No. 2 of 1966 and the Aboriginal Police Aides Award, No. 31 of 1979.
Relationship to Parent Awards. 6.1 In accordance with clause 52A, Schedule 8 to the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), the Agreement shall incorporate the terms of the Notional Agreement Preserving the Storemen and Packers, Wholesale Drug Stores (State) Award, the Notional Agreement Preserving the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award and the Notional Agreement Preserving theTransport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award as at 27 March 2006 (“the Awards”) as part of the Agreement provided that where there is any inconsistency between the Agreement and the Awards, the Agreement shall take precedence. Each of the Awards shall only have application to the employees who fall within its scope of coverage. The Agreement does not seek to incorporate any term of the Awards which is specified as prohibited content by government legislation or regulation. The following terms of the Awards shall not be incorporated: Storemen and Packers, Wholesale Drug Stores (State) Award Clause 18A – Deduction and Remittance of Union Membership Fees Clause 39 – Dispute Procedure Disputes arising under clauses 2A(b)(iii), 2A(b)(vii), 2A(d) – Secure Employment, 22(i)(c) – Sick Leave, and 23(d) paragraph 3 – Personal/Carer’s Leave, of the Storemen and Packers, Wholesale Drug Stores (State) Award are to be resolved through the disputes procedure of the Agreement. Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award Clause 11.7 – Sundays and Public Holidays Clause 23 – Deduction of Union Membership Fees Clause 31 – Dispute Avoidance and Grievance Procedure Clause 33.2 – Right of Entry Disputes arising under clauses 4.3(b)(iii), 4.3(b)(vii), 4.3(d) – Secure Employment, 9.2(iv) – Hours of Work-Weekly Employees, 11.3 – Sundays and Public Holidays, 16.2.4 paragraph 3 – Personal/Carer’s Leave, and of the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award are to be resolved through the disputes procedure of the Agreement. Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award Clause 40.4 – Public Holidays Clause 48.3.6 - Traineeships Clause 50 – Dispute Procedure Clause 51 – Right of Entry Disputes arising under clauses 22.9 – Obnoxious Materials, 57(b)(iii), 57(b)(vii), 57(d) – Secure Employment, 43.6 – Commitment to Training, 55.3.3 – Award Modernisation, of the Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award are to be resolved through the disputes procedure of the Agreement.
Relationship to Parent Awards. Where there is any inconsistency between this agreement and the Awards, as mentioned above, this agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. Where this Agreement is silent in respect of any issue, the relevant Award provision shall apply.

Relationship to Parent Awards. 3.5.1 This agreement is supplementary to, and shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with, the Building and Construction Industry (ACT) Award 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “the award”) with the exception of subclause 4.5, sub- sub-clause 10.2.1 and sub-clause 11.1 of that award.
Relationship to Parent Awards. (1) Subject to sub clause (2) of this clause, the terms of the below mentioned Awards, as those terms stood at the date of certification of this Agreement, are incorporated into this agreement and bind the relevant parties to this agreement as if those terms were set out in the body of this agreement.
