Reporting After Hours/Scheduled Day Off. Any employee who physically returns to the workplace at the direction of management outside of their regularly scheduled working hours or on a scheduled day off shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at the applicable rate of pay. If an agreement with a private party sets a designated minimum number of hours of pay compensated by the private party that is in excess of four (4) hours, the employee shall be compensated according to such agreement.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).
