Reports and Claims. Indemnitor shall deliver to the Banks copies of any reports, analyses, correspondence, notices, licenses, approvals, orders or other written materials relating to the environmental condition of any of the Properties promptly upon receipt, completion or delivery thereof. Indemnitor shall give notice to the Banks of any claim, action, administrative proceeding (including, without limitation, informal proceedings) or other demand by any governmental agency or other third party involving Costs or Remedial Action at the time such claim or other demand first becomes known to Indemnitor. Receipt of any such notice shall not be deemed to create any obligation on the Banks to defend or otherwise respond to any claim or demand. All notices, approvals, consents, requests and demands upon the respective parties hereto shall be in writing, including telegraphic communication and delivered or teletransmitted to the Administrative Agent, as set forth in the Credit Agreement and to each Indemnitor, at the address set forth beneath such Indemnitor’s signature or in the Accession Agreement executed by such Indemnitor, or to such other address as shall be designated by any Indemnitor or the Administrative Agent in written notice to the other parties. All such notices and other communications shall be effective when delivered or teletransmitted to the above addresses.

Reports and Claims. It is the responsibility of the grantee make the required reports and claims to the California State Library. a. The Grantee shall be responsible for submitting to the State Library Narrative Reports detailing progress and activities. The reports are due on the dates specified in the reporting schedule detailed in the Procedures and Requirements section. b. The Grantee shall be responsible for submitting to the State Library Financial Reports reflecting Grantee expenditure activity. The reports are due on the dates specified in the reporting schedule detailed in the Procedures and Requirements section. c. To obtain payment hereunder, the Grantee shall submit authorized claims provided by the State Library for that purpose, on each of the following mentioned dates for payment, and the State Library agrees to reimburse the Library as soon thereafter as State fiscal procedures will permit. d. The final 10% of the grant award (if applicable) is payable only upon approval of all reports and receipt of claim form. Failure to provide timely reports is a serious breach of an award recipient’s administrative duty under the award. e. Payment will be provided to cover the expenditures incurred by the Grantee for the project in the following manner: 1) $153,709 upon the receipt and approval, by the State Library, of the submission of all required documents as stated in the award letter; execution of the agreement, certification, and claim form by the Grantee organization. 2) A final payment in the amount of $17,079 will be made upon submission and approval of the final interim grant report and financial claim form. Reports and Claims. (a) The Company will provide the OHSC with incident reports, crew safety meeting minutes and first aid reports. The Company will provide the Union Chairperson with a list of all Employees who have applied for Workers’ Compensation Benefits, Short and Long Term Disability and are utilizing the Attendance Management Policy. The grantee needs the funding prior to the January date in order for the project to progress. To obtain funding prior to January 31, 2024, the grantee must provide documentation to the grant monitor demonstrating effectively either (a) that the first award payment has been spent, or (b) why the second installment is needed in advance of the scheduled payment. ii. The grantee’s January 31, 2024, financial report demonstrates that they have not spent any of their initial payment. The second payment will be held until the Grantee demonstrates effectively that their project is moving forward and additional funding is needed. 3) A final payment in the amount of $490,103 will be made upon submission and approval of the final interim grant report and financial claim form.

The Fund shall examine all records, howsoever produced or transmitted, promptly upon receipt thereof and notify the Custodian promptly of any discrepancy or error therein. Unless the Fund delivers written notice of any such discrepancy or error within a reasonable time after its receipt thereof, such records shall be deemed to be true and accurate. It is understood that the Custodian now obtains and will in the future obtain information on the value of assets from outside sources which may be utilized in certain reports made available to the Fund. The Custodian deems such sources to be reliable but it is acknowledged and agreed that the Custodian does not verify nor represent nor warrant as to the accuracy or completeness of such information and accordingly shall be without liability in selecting and using such sources and furnishing such information as long as the Custodian has shown due diligence in attempting to receive complete and accurate information.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM.
