Reschedule. In the event that Client reschedules the wedding and Photographer is able to rebook the original wedding date, Client will receive credit for all monies already paid. A new contract may be required. The new package price will reflect pricing in effect when the date change occurs. In the event that Client reschedules the wedding and Photographer is not able to rebook the original wedding date, Client forfeits the retainer but will receive a credit for all other monies paid. Credit may be applied to wedding coverage within one year of original date provided Photographer is available.
Reschedule. CUSTOMER may reschedule all or part of a scheduled delivery (per Order or Forecast) three (3) times for a period not to exceed [+] days in accordance with the table below. At the end of this [+] period, CUSTOMER shall either accept delivery of rescheduled finished units and/or pay SANMINA-SCI's Delivered Cost (as defined in Section 4.2(e)) associated with rescheduled units not yet built [+] SANMINA-SCI shall use reasonable commercial efforts to accommodate any upside schedule changes beyond the firm order periods.
Reschedule. Any change in a Flight Attendant’s original pairing after check-in caused as a result of irregular operation. A reschedule may include different pairings, partial pairings and additional pairings. A reschedule is not a move up.

Eating: Clients will be responsible for providing a meal for photography team during wedding days lasting 6 hours or longer. If a meal is unable to be provided, your photography team will leave the property for one hour to eat and your coverage time will not be extended.
Reschedule. 1. If Crew Scheduling must modify a Line Holding Flight Attendant’s trip due to a schedule disruption (e.g., delay, misconnect, cancellation, rest conflict, etc.) Crew Scheduling may:
a. Reschedule the Flight Attendant to deadhead into position to resume the Flight Attendant’s original pairing downline, or,
b. Reschedule the Flight Attendant to operate new segment(s), with the new trip returning to base no later than two (2) hours after their original trip’s release time.
2. Only Crew Scheduling may initiate rescheduling calls. Crew Scheduling must make positive contact with the Flight Attendant to confirm the assignment. Positive contact will be initiated via phone call or through electronic means (e.g., ACARS, electronic notification app, etc.) Upon notification, the Flight Attendant is obligated to confirm notification.
3. When a Line Holding Flight Attendant rescheduled into a duty period on their first scheduled day off, the following provisions apply:
a. The Flight Attendant shall be returned to their base and released into rest as early as possible on Spirit flight(s) except as provided in Paragraph b. below. The Flight Attendant may be required to operate no more than two segments. However, the Flight Attendant may elect to perform additional segments if requested by the Company. If the Flight Attendant is required to work the segment(s) (versus deadhead) back to base, the Flight Attendant will have the option of receiving 200% pay for that rescheduled duty period or shall have an equal number of day(s) off restored off pursuant to Section 8.Y. The Flight Attendant shall receive pay
b. Other airline flights must be booked in cases where there is no Spirit service that would return the Flight Attendant to base that day, or in cases where Spirit service would exceed two (2) scheduled segments, unless the Flight Attendant agrees to be scheduled to return to Base on a Spirit flight(s).
c. A Flight Attendant who is Rescheduled into a day(s) off, and deadheads back to base, shall have an equal number of day(s) off restored pursuant to Paragraph 8.Y. The Flight Attendant shall receive pay and credit protection for the trip dropped due to day-off restoration. The Flight Attendant may be subject to Time Recoverable provisions of paragraph N. of this Section.
4. Line Holding Flight Attendants who are Rescheduled shall be compensated at one- hundred fifty percent (150%) of their current hourly rate for any additional pairing credit flown above their original ...
Reschedule. Buyer may reschedule Product shipments for purchase orders placed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions subject to the following restrictions: (i) for each shipment, only one (1) reschedule is allowed; (ii) the rescheduled ship date must fall within the same fiscal quarter as the original ship date; and (iii) Buyer must provide written notice to onsemi at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the scheduled ship date. onsemi may reschedule any shipment that can be rescheduled by Buyer under this Paragraph 10 upon written notice to Xxxxx.

It is recognized by both Parties that the downside flexibility and upside efforts described above are intended to apply to the overall business levels and total shipments of systems within the various time periods specified. Since CUSTOMER’s Product is highly configurable and will be configured and shipped to final order, actual orders received will vary in mix, configuration and timing. SANMINA-SCI will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate any reasonable variation in mix or order timing, consistent with the materials on hand, test time and capacity available at the time or final order receipt, and lead time to order shipment.

After 1 year, new contract and deposit will be required. New contracts are subject to price changes.
Reschedule. Distributor shall have the right to reschedule up to [***] percent ([***]%) of an accepted Purchase Order for no more than thirty (30) days from the scheduled shipping date for such accepted Purchase Order if Distributor provides written notice to Aruba at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the original scheduled shipping date; provided that each Purchase Order may only be rescheduled once. Distributor shall have no right to return or exchange any portion of shipped orders, other than the standard warranty discussed in Section 6 below. If rescheduling occurs within fifteen (15) days of the scheduled shipping date, Aruba may charge a [***] percent ([***]%) rescheduling fee.

A. Rescheduling requiring an entire crew will be made based upon availability and legality of the crew.
B. Rescheduling requiring less than an entire crew will be assigned in reverse order of seniority; however, a more senior member of that crew may choose to accept the reschedule in order of seniority.
C. Flight Attendants will be paid her/his actual or scheduled flying, whichever is greater over the life of the pairing for the number of day(s) the Flight Attendant was originally scheduled to work.
1. If the reschedule results in flying more than scheduled, the flying above scheduled will be paid at time and one-half; or
2. If the reschedule results in more days of flying, the Flight Attendant will be entitled to receive premium pay of time and one-half (1.5) for all trips flown above schedule plus a RIG of one trip for each three
