Reserved Parking SpacesExhibit I to the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto, it being acknowledged that the Reserved Parking Area is shown highlighted in yellow on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Provided (i) this Lease is in full force and effect and Tenant is not in default hereunder beyond any applicable notice and grace period at the time Tenant delivers the Early Termination Notice (as hereinafter defined) to Landlord, (ii) no event has occurred that upon notice or the passage of time would constitute a default, and (iii) Tenant is not disqualified by multiple defaults as provided in the Lease, Landlord will provide Tenant with four (4) reserved parking spaces beneath the existing covered car port in the parking lot.
Reserved Parking Spaces. ‌ Where employees with ambulatory handicaps are involved, the Employer will provide reserved parking space as near as reasonably possible to the worksite.
Reserved Parking SpacesAs of the Effective Date, Special Stipulation No. 7, Reserved Parking Spaces, of Exhibit “G” to the Lease shall be amended to provide that Tenant shall be entitled to one (1) additional reserved parking space at no cost during the Extension Term for every 7,500 square feet of Rentable Floor Area of additional premises that Tenant leases hereunder in excess of 137,868 square feet of Rentable Floor Area.
Reserved Parking SpacesLandlord shall lease to Tenant a total of twenty (20) standard size reserved parking spaces in the garage of the Building (the "Reserved Spaces") at a rental rate of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month per space. The location of the Reserved Spaces are depicted in EXHIBIT H to this Lease. Landlord reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to change the location within the garage of any or all of the Reserved Spaces. The original term for the reserved Spaces shall be for one (1) year, with a commencement date of January 1, 1996 and an expiration date of December 31, 1996 (the "Original Parking Term"). So long as this Lease is in effect, Tenant shall have and is hereby given the option to extend the Original Parking Term on a year-to-year basis for up to twenty (20) of the Reserved Spaces by Tenant's giving Landlord written notice of its irrevocable exercise of the same not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the Original Parking Term or the then prevailing extension of the Original Parking Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may only extend the Original Parking Term each year as to not more than the number of the Reserved Spaces that are subject to this Lease on the date of the Exercise by Tenant of each said option. Each one year extension of the Original Parking Term shall be on and under the same covenants, agreements, terms, provisions, and conditions as are contained herein for the Original Parking Term except that the monthly rental rate per space applicable during each one year extension of the Original Parking Term may be adjusted by Landlord. However, in no event shall the monthly rental rate per Reserved Space exceed the charge then being made in the Xxxx Building Garage in San Francisco, California (or if that garage is not being operated, in comparable facilities in the immediate vicinity of the Building).
Reserved Parking SpacesLESSEE shall have the exclusive use of up to ten (10) parking spaces immediately in front of the Leased Premises (“Reserved Spaces”). These Reserved Spaces shall be identified by signs or other markings on the Reserved Spaces themselves. LESSEE shall also have the non-exclusive use of all of the parking areas on the Land (as defined in the Lease), except for the spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the other tenants.
Reserved Parking Spaces. At such time as at least seventy five percent (75%) of the Building is leased and occupied, Landlord shall provide to Tenant six (6) reserved covered parking spaces in the parking deck adjoining the Building. Such reserved spaces shall be marked with Landlord's standard signage for reserved parking spaces, and shall be free of charge to Tenant. Landlord shall not provide to any other tenant in the Building reserved parking spaces at materially more favorable locations than, or sooner than, those provided to Tenant.
Reserved Parking SpacesEffective as of the Suite 425 Expansion Effective Date, Exhibit G to the Lease (as amended by Section 1.2 of the Third Amendment) is hereby deleted in its entirety and is replaced with Exhibit G hereto.
Reserved Parking Spaces. FBMC will designate and maintain reserved parking spaces for WW management staff consistent with the guidelines used by FBMC. When notified by WW, FBMC will designate and maintain reserved parking spaces for WW employees with ten or more years of service.
