Reserved Parking Spaces Clause Samples

Reserved Parking Spaces. Tenant has the right to use nineteen (19) reserved parking spaces in the parking lot, at no additional charge to Tenant, ten (10) of which parking spaces are available under the Original Lease, seven (7) of which parking spaces are available to Tenant in connection with Tenant's sublease of certain other space in the Building, and two (2) of which parking spaces shall be available only from and after the Rental Commencement Date for the 1st Floor North Space. Tenant shall have the continued right to use such reserved parking spaces under this Lease, without additional charge due from Tenant during the initial Lease Term hereof, but only as and when the portion of the Demised Premises associated with such parking spaces is from time to time leased under this Lease. Such reserved parking spaces shall be in a location determined by Landlord and such location for the reserved parking spaces may be moved from time to time by Landlord, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, to another location determined by Landlord.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Exhibit “H” to the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and the form of Exhibit “H” attached to this First Amendment as Exhibit “A” shall be substituted in lieu thereof. The location of the covered, reserved parking spaces and the uncovered, reserved parking spaces are identified as parking spaces 80 - 83, 105 - 108, 139-145, 154 -157 and are shown on Exhibit “H” (as amended).

Reserved Parking Spaces. Access to one hundred ten (110) Reserved Parking spaces located on the Third Floor of the Garage and made available by the Hospital Operator to the Hospital Facility’s physicians Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Landlord shall furnish to Tenant a number ----------------------- of reserved parking spaces equal to the number of Tenant's Special Parking Spaces for so long as this Lease is in full force and effect and Tenant is not in Default under this Lease. The locations of the reserved parking spaces shall be designated by Landlord and shall be subject to change from time to time (provided all of Tenant's Special Parking Spaces shall be in the parking deck). Landlord shall ▇▇▇▇ Tenant's reserved parking spaces in a reasonable manner to indicate to third parties that such spaces are reserved for use by Tenant and Landlord shall use reasonable and customary efforts to prevent unauthorized use of Tenant's reserved parking spaces, but Landlord shall have no responsibility for or liability in the event of any unauthorized use of said reserved parking spaces.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Exhibit I to the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto, it being acknowledged that the Reserved Parking Area is shown highlighted in yellow on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Reserved Parking Spaces. ‌ Where employees with ambulatory handicaps are involved, the Employer will provide reserved parking space as near as reasonably possible to the worksite.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Provided (i) this Lease is in full force and effect and Tenant is not in default hereunder beyond any applicable notice and grace period at the time Tenant delivers the Early Termination Notice (as hereinafter defined) to Landlord, (ii) no event has occurred that upon notice or the passage of time would constitute a default, and (iii) Tenant is not disqualified by multiple defaults as provided in the Lease, Landlord will provide Tenant with four (4) reserved parking spaces beneath the existing covered car port in the parking lot.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Landlord shall lease to Tenant a total of twenty (20) standard size reserved parking spaces in the garage of the Building (the "Reserved Spaces") at a rental rate of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month per space. The location of the Reserved Spaces are depicted in EXHIBIT H to this Lease. Landlord reserves the right, in its sole reasonable discretion, to change the location within the garage of any or all of the Reserved Spaces. The original term for the reserved Spaces shall be for one (1) year, with a commencement date of January 1, 1996 and an expiration date of December 31, 1996 (the "Original Parking Term"). So long as this Lease is in effect, Tenant shall have and is hereby given the option to extend the Original Parking Term on a year-to-year basis for up to twenty (20) of the Reserved Spaces by Tenant's giving Landlord written notice of its irrevocable exercise of the same not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the Original Parking Term or the then prevailing extension of the Original Parking Term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may only extend the Original Parking Term each year as to not more than the number of the Reserved Spaces that are subject to this Lease on the date of the Exercise by Tenant of each said option. Each one year extension of the Original Parking Term shall be on and under the same covenants, agreements, terms, provisions, and conditions as are contained herein for the Original Parking Term except that the monthly rental rate per space applicable during each one year extension of the Original Parking Term may be adjusted by Landlord. However, in no event shall the monthly rental rate per Reserved Space exceed the charge then being made in the ▇▇▇▇ Building Garage in San Francisco, California (or if that garage is not being operated, in comparable facilities in the immediate vicinity of the Building).
