Reserved Parking Spaces. Exhibit I to the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto, it being acknowledged that the Reserved Parking Area is shown highlighted in yellow on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Reserved Parking Spaces. Provided (i) this Lease is in full force and effect and Tenant is not in default hereunder beyond any applicable notice and grace period at the time Tenant delivers the Early Termination Notice (as hereinafter defined) to Landlord, (ii) no event has occurred that upon notice or the passage of time would constitute a default, and (iii) Tenant is not disqualified by multiple defaults as provided in the Lease, Landlord will provide Tenant with four (4) reserved parking spaces beneath the existing covered car port in the parking lot.
Reserved Parking Spaces. Where employees with ambulatory handicaps are involved, the Employer will provide reserved parking space as near as reasonably possible to the work site.
Reserved Parking Spaces. LESSEE shall have the exclusive use of up to ten (10) parking spaces immediately in front of the Leased Premises (“Reserved Spaces”). These Reserved Spaces shall be identified by signs or other markings on the Reserved Spaces themselves. LESSEE shall also have the non-exclusive use of all of the parking areas on the Land (as defined in the Lease), except for the spaces reserved for the exclusive use of the other tenants.
Reserved Parking Spaces. Landlord shall furnish to Tenant a number ----------------------- of reserved parking spaces equal to the number of Tenant's Special Parking Spaces for so long as this Lease is in full force and effect and Tenant is not in Default under this Lease. The locations of the reserved parking spaces shall be designated by Landlord and shall be subject to change from time to time (provided all of Tenant's Special Parking Spaces shall be in the parking deck). Landlord shall xxxx Tenant's reserved parking spaces in a reasonable manner to indicate to third parties that such spaces are reserved for use by Tenant and Landlord shall use reasonable and customary efforts to prevent unauthorized use of Tenant's reserved parking spaces, but Landlord shall have no responsibility for or liability in the event of any unauthorized use of said reserved parking spaces.
Reserved Parking Spaces. Tenant has the right to use nineteen (19) reserved parking spaces in the parking lot, at no additional charge to Tenant, ten (10) of which parking spaces are available under the Original Lease, seven (7) of which parking spaces are available to Tenant in connection with Tenant's sublease of certain other space in the Building, and two (2) of which parking spaces shall be available only from and after the Rental Commencement Date for the 1st Floor North Space. Tenant shall have the continued right to use such reserved parking spaces under this Lease, without additional charge due from Tenant during the initial Lease Term hereof, but only as and when the portion of the Demised Premises associated with such parking spaces is from time to time leased under this Lease. Such reserved parking spaces shall be in a location determined by Landlord and such location for the reserved parking spaces may be moved from time to time by Landlord, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, to another location determined by Landlord.
Reserved Parking Spaces. Effective as of the Suite 425 Expansion Effective Date, Exhibit G to the Lease (as amended by Section 1.2 of the Third Amendment) is hereby deleted in its entirety and is replaced with Exhibit G hereto.
Reserved Parking Spaces. As of the Effective Date, Special Stipulation No. 7, Reserved Parking Spaces, of Exhibit “G” to the Lease shall be amended to provide that Tenant shall be entitled to one (1) additional reserved parking space at no cost during the Extension Term for every 7,500 square feet of Rentable Floor Area of additional premises that Tenant leases hereunder in excess of 137,868 square feet of Rentable Floor Area.
Reserved Parking Spaces. Sublessor grants Sublessee seven (7) reserved parking spaces. Said reserved parking spaces are currently billed in the amount of $30.00 per space. Sublessee to reimburse Sublessor monthly in the amount of $210.00. If for any reason the cost to Sublessor for said reserved parking spaces is increased, Sublessee's cost will be adjusted accordingly.
