RESOLUTIONS AND REPORTS OF THE EMPLOYER. Reports or recommendations dealing with matters of policy and/or conditions of employment which affect employees within the Bargaining Unit shall be forwarded to the Union in sufficient time to allow the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them, and if deemed necessary, speaking to them before a decision is taken by the Employer.

RESOLUTIONS AND REPORTS OF THE EMPLOYER. 5.01 (a) Copies of all resolutions and by-laws adopted by the Employer which affect the members of the Union are to be forwarded to the Union by the Employer and are to be posted on the Union bulletin board by the Secretary of the Union.

9:01 Any reports or recommendations of the Employer about to be made to the municipal, regional or provincial governments or their respective advisory committees dealing with matters of day care policy and/or conditions of employment and which affect employees within this bargaining unit shall be communicated by the Employer to the Union within a reasonable amount of time in order to afford the Union a reasonable opportunity to consider them and, if deemed necessary, of speaking to them before they are dealt with by the respective government body. Similarly, any submissions prepared by the Union shall be given to the Employer to allow time for mutual discussion if desired. 9:02 Copies of all proposed or adopted motions, briefs, resolutions, bylaws or rules and regulations by the municipal, regional or provincial government or their respective advisory committees which affect the members of this Union and/or the general provision of day care received by either party shall be maintained in an open file to which the employees have access.
RESOLUTIONS AND REPORTS OF THE EMPLOYER. Any report or recommendations to be presented in open Council sessions, dealing with matters pertaining to the Collective Agreement shall be communicated by the Employer to the Union when available to the public.

Any policies developed by the Executive Committee and/or Council, or proposals for the development of policies dealing with matters of policy and/or conditions of employment which may affect employees within the bargaining unit, shall be communicated in writing to the bargaining unit Chairperson and discussed at a Joint Union Management Committee meeting.
RESOLUTIONS AND REPORTS OF THE EMPLOYER. 12.01 Prior to Board meetings, the Employer shall send a copy of the agenda to the President of the Union. Where the Union expresses an interest in making representations to the Board on a given matter and is granted time to be heard, then the Employer will grant where necessary, time off work without loss of pay to the President and his/her designate for the purpose of making such representations.
