Responsibility Allowance for Work Outside the Bargaining Unit. When the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee outside of the bargaining unit, the Employee shall receive an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) for each shift from the time of the assignment. Effective January 1, 2019 when the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee outside of the bargaining unit, the Employee shall receive an allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) for each shift from the time of the assignment.

Effective January 1September 22, 2019 201 7, when the Employer temporarily assigns an Employee employee to carry out the responsibilities of a salaried Employee employee outside of the bargaining unitunit for a period in excess of 1/2 shift, the Employee employee shall receive an allowance of eight dollars ($8.00) for each shift from the time of the assignment.
