Responsibility for Authorized Users. Customer is solely liable and responsible for understanding the settings, privileges and controls for the Service and for controlling whom Customer permits to become a User and what are the settings and privileges for such User, including without limitation, the right for a User to invite other Users (either paid or unpaid), the right to incur charges on the Account, the right to access, modify or share boards, etc. Customer is responsible for the activities of all of its Users, including Order Forms they may place and how Users use the Customer Data, even if those Users are not from Customer’s organization or domain. Further, Customer acknowledges that any action taken by a User of Customer’s Account, is deemed by us as an authorized action by Customer, hence Customer shall have no claim in this regard.

Responsibility for Authorized Users. Each Commons Contributor will (a) be responsible for the acts and omissions of its Authorized Users undertaken in connection with this Agreement, and (b) not authorize any Person that is not an Authorized User to access or use the Database or Database APIs.
Responsibility for Authorized Users. Customer shall supervise, monitor, and train the Authorized Users who use the Services, to ensure the proper use of the Services, compliance with this Agreement, and the security of the Patient Information maintained in the Services. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Company is not responsible for the supervision of the Authorized Users. Customer acknowledges that Company on Company’s behalf may audit the usage by accounts associated with the Authorized Users for proper use and access to the Platform and Integrations and to identify any changes made to Patient Information. Customer is responsible for any and all actions by the Authorized Users in connection with the Platform and Integrations; the content and data transmitted to or from the Platform and Integrations by Customer or Authorized Users; the content and data received by and available on the Platform through Integrations from Customer’s Electronic Medical Records, platforms or software; the Authorized Users’ compliance with this Agreement and Documentation; and for the consequences of any breach of security in connection with the Authorized Users’ activity in connection with the Platform or Integrations.
Responsibility for Authorized Users. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under its account and any use of the AMN Cloud Services by Authorized Users, and all liabilities or other consequences arising therefrom as if these were Customer’s own acts. Customer will ensure that Authorized Users comply with the SISW Acceptable Use Policy and Customer’s other obligations under this Agreement. SISW will provide AMN Cloud Services only to the Customer and will not assume any obligations or responsibilities towards Authorized Users with regard to their access to or use of the AMN Cloud Services facilitated or permitted by the Customer. Customer shall not use AMN Cloud Services in a manner that violates the law or any of SISW’s rights (including, without limitation, applicable antitrust laws) and shall require the same of its Authorized Users

If agreed in the Agreement, Xxxx.xxx will set-up the accounts and designated users on behalf of the Customer. Customer is responsible for understanding the settings of Xxxx and for controlling whom it allows to become an Authorized User. Customer is responsible for the activities of all Customer’s Authorized Users, including how they use Customer’s Data, even if those Authorized Users are not from Customer’s organization. Xxxx.xxx may display its User Notice to Authorized Users at sign up, account creation or registration to Jenz.

State User represents that he or she is an Authorized User of a Jurisdiction and further agrees that he or she shall remain an Authorized User of such Jurisdiction at all times during the Term of this Agreement. State User shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the protection of the login name and password registered to him or her from unauthorized use. State User shall notify the Jurisdiction of which he or she is an Authorized User immediately if he or she becomes aware of the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of his or her login name or password.

Customer shall be responsible for the activities of all of its End Users. Customer is responsible for all contents created under Customer’s Account and for all links sent to these contents by Customer and its End Users and Bites shall have no responsibility and no liability in these respects. Customer acknowledges that any action taken by a User of Customer’s Account, is deemed by Bites as an authorized action by Customer, hence Customer shall have no claim against Bites or any of its affiliates in this regard.

Responsibility for Authorized Users. Authorized Users who register for an account in connection with their use of the BookNook Solution must provide accurate and complete registration information. Customer is solely responsible for all actions taken by Authorized Users, the security of Authorized Users’ passwords and any use of Authorized Users’ account. If Customer becomes aware of any unauthorized use of an Authorized User’s password or account, Customer agrees to notify BookNook immediately.
Responsibility for Authorized Users. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under its account and any use of Cloud Services by Authorized Users. Customer shall ensure that all Authorized Users comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and shall be liable for any damages, liabilities, or other consequences arising from Authorized User’s use of Cloud Services. If Customer becomes aware of any violation of the Agreement by an Authorized User or any other unauthorized use, data access, or other security breach, Customer shall immediately (i) terminate the relevant Authorized User’s access to CSP and/or Cloud Services and (ii) promptly notify Infoblox in writing.

  • Customer Responsibility You agree that you are responsible for all access to and use of the Service through your account or password(s) and for any fees incurred for the Service, or for software or other merchandise purchased through the Service, or any other expenses incurred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You agree that you are responsible for backing up (a) any data you submit, receive or transfer over the Service, including, without limitation, your email; and (b) any data, files, programs, or applications on any device you connect to the Service.   • Customer’s Responsibility The policies in this document apply to the use of Data by Customers, Redistributors and their End Customers. Customers are responsible for compliance with this policy by all members of the Customer’s Group and by all persons to whom they distribute Data where authorised to do so. Turquoise recommends that Customers make this Schedule available to all Subscribers to their services having access to Data which is subject to Charges, reporting requirements or usage restrictions.
