SITE HANDOVER. 3.1 A site handover meeting shall be arranged by the Contractor with ALEMA and/or its nominated agent and the Owner at least 48 hours prior to the date of handover is required. NOTE: Handovers occur on a Thursday. The meeting will be held on the building site before the Contractor will be entitled to move onto site in any form or for any purpose, including the storing of building materials on the site. 3.2 The site handover meeting will be attended by – 3.2.1 The Owner; 3.2.2 The Representative of ALEMA; 3.2.3 The Contractor; 3.2.4 The Architect. 3.3 The following must be complied with or agreed upon prior to the site handover (and at the site handover a discussion will take place as to whether or not this provision has been complied with), namely : 3.3.1 All site corner pegs must be identified and marked by a registered land surveyor; 3.3.2 The site including the designated building area, prior to the commencement of any work (including cleaning work) and its surroundings will be photographed by ALEMA in digital format. The photographs shall include the building yard, general site, the street immediately in front of and adjacent to the site, including lampposts, bollards, manholes, all site boundaries, including pavements, all verge planting immediately in from and adjacent to the site. The purpose of this is to establish the condition of all items prior to handover and shall be deemed de facto evidence for the determination and calculation of any damages and breakages. 3.3.4 The deliver of all documentation required for Site Handover to The ALEMA office 48 hours prior to handover, this shall include proof of payment of building levies and building deposits in terms of this agreement. 3.4 The following will be agreed upon at the site handover meeting: 3.4.1 The positioning on the erf of containers, toilets, showers, site kitchens, refuse bins and skips as well as the extent of screened areas. 3.4.2 The extent of cut and fill, including retaining structures. 3.4.3 A storm water management plan. 3.4.4 Environmental issues will be identified, including preservation of existing vegetation and the storage of material. 3.5 The Contractor shall furnish ALEMA with a written list of sub-contractors and suppliers to be used on the site. 3.6 The ARC must be in possession of building plans, approved by both ALEMA and the PLM. SITE HANDOVER. 3.1 A site handover meeting will be held prior to the Building Contractor moving on site in any form. This includes the storing of fill material. The Architect (Principal Agent) is to inform XXXXXX a minimum of 14 days prior to commencement of clearing the footprint area, provide the details of the accredited building contractor, and request a date for a site handover, which will be attended by the following: • Architect (Principal Agent), Estate Manager (or Building Control Manager), Environmental Officer, Principal Building Contractor, the Owner ( if available ) and any other relevant service providers, if required. The Principal Agent is to advise the Estate Manager / Building Control Manager prior to site handover once the list of criteria on the site handover certificate, including the following, has been addressed: 3.1.1 The location of the footprint and the driveway between the site boundary and the road. The footprint must be marked before any site clearing can be done. 3.1.2 The issue to ZREHOA of an anticipated programme of works, highlighting construction milestones. 3.1.3 Confirmation of existence the relevant contract document(s). 3.1.4 The identifying and pointing out of all service connections. 3.1.5 Advising ZREHOA on the frequency of site meetings. 3.1.6 The photographing of the site and surrounds in digital format – to be e-mailed to the Building Control Manager. Photographs to include: General site; all street furniture immediately adjacent to site including lamp posts, bollards, manholes etc; all site boundaries including pavements, indicating state of repair; all verge planting adjacent to site. Photographs to be dated. 3.1.7 Presentation of plans approved by XXXXXX and the Local Authority. 3.1.8 Proof of existence of Title deeds, surveyor’s certificate, transfer to owner. 3.1.9 Copies of Geo-Technical report, Storm Water Management Plan, and Environmental reports relevant to the site. 3.1.10 Prior to any work commencing, the site must be enclosed with colour green 80% factor shade cloth, a minimum of 1800mm high, as described in the Building Contractor Protocol. 3.1.11 The site handover checklist must be complete and given to the ZREHOA representative conducting the site handover, at the time of handover.
SITE HANDOVER. Prior to commencement of the works on site a handover meeting shall be convened with the parties and estate management in order to ensure that all items as listed for this milestone have been attended to and in order.
SITE HANDOVER. 3.1 Please note: A site will not be handed over for any form of work to commence if the property has not been transferred into the new owner’s name and is registered at the deeds office. 3.2 A site handover meeting will be held on the specific site prior to the Contractor being permitted to move onto site in any form. This includes the storing of fill materials. 3.3 The client’s appointed Principal Agent is to submit a written request to SEEHOA Management for a site hand over meeting after following the procedures in Clause 2.0 and only once the list of site hand over criteria in Clause 3.5 have been addressed, and at least 3 working days prior to when the anticipated site hand over meeting is required. 3.4 During the 3 working days prior to the anticipated site hand over date requested, SEEHOA will verify all documentation and building plans, and confirm the site hand over date and time. 3.5 The site hand over meeting must be attended by the following persons:  The appointed accredited Architect and the appointed accredited Principal Agent/Project Manager.  The SEEHOA representative (The Building Control Manager or the Estate Manager).  The SEEHOA Landscape and Environmental Manager.  The appointed accredited Environmental Officer for the site. This is applicable to PUD sites only.  The appointed accredited Principal Building Contractor.  The Principal Building Contractor’s Site Xxxxxxx.  The appointed accredited Landscape Contractor.  The Owner (if available). If the Owner is not available he/she must submit a power of attorney appointing his/her Principal Agent as his/her representative. 3.6 The following site hand over criteria must be addressed prior to the site handover, and to be discussed and pointed out at the site handover: The following to be addressed by the accredited Principal Building Contractor at least 7 working days prior to the site hand over date. 3.6.1 Extent of shade cloth screened areas to be discussed, including the positioning of the site toilets and refuse bins, and a site establishment plan to be submitted to SEEHOA via the Principal Agent. 3.6.2 Extent of cut and fill to be discussed, including retaining structures and an earthworks plan submitted to SEEHOA via the Principal Agent. 3.6.3 The proposed buildings and driveway to be set out by a registered Land surveyor after all the earthwork has been completed and marked out for inspection prior to any construction commencing. SITE HANDOVER. CAPL shall deliver to Acropower vacant possession of the land upon which the Facility will be constructed, not later than 31 July 2019. Acropower shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Facility and shall remain at all times the owner of the Facility despite it being constructed on the Farm.

  • Handover 14.1 It is a fundamental requirement by SANParks that the transfer of the AENP Xxxx Braai Facility is undertaken on the basis that: 14.1.1 there is no or minimal disruption in the provision of goods and services to visitors to the Protected Area and includes use of vehicles for products on offer to visitors to the Protected Area; 14.1.2 any structural alterations do not cause the AENP Xxxx Braai Facility to be closed unless alternatives are provided (unless it was closed in any event); 14.1.3 the handover shall be undertaken in such a manner to cause the least disruption and/or intrusion to SANParks and employees and then only in a manner which is mutually acceptable to both SANParks and the Private Party; 14.1.4 the Business will be conducted in the usual manner throughout the Handover Period; and 14.1.5 SANParks shall not be liable for any claims or actions which arise during the Handover Period irrespective of the cause or nature of same. 14.2 During the Handover Period: 14.2.1 the Private Party and SANParks shall co-operate and work together to achieve an effective transfer of control and management of AENP Xxxx Braai Facility to the Private Party on the Operation Commencement Date; 14.2.2 the Private Party shall be entitled to nominate one or more representatives to be stationed at the AENP Xxxx Braai Facility , to work with SANParks management to effect a smooth handover. The Private Party’s representatives shall however have no authority in relation to SANParks operations or employees during the Handover Period. 14.3 On the Operation Commencement Date, the Private Party shall assume full responsibility under this PPP Agreement for the operations, and expenses thereof, relating to the AENP Xxxx Braai Facility , and be entitled to the fruits hereof.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.
