Retention of your information. We will retain your information following the termination of this Agreement for so long as is necessary in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations or our document retention and records management policies.
Retention of your information. 14.8.1. If your application for a contract hire agreement is declined or if your application is accepted but you do not proceed, we keep your information for 6 months or as long as necessary to deal with any queries you may have. If your application is accepted and you proceed, we hold your information for 7 years from the date at which your agreement is closed, where settled by you or upon default or as long as necessary thereafter to deal with any queries you may have.
14.8.2. Credit reference agencies will retain the account information that we give to them for 6 years after your account is closed. Please refer to the privacy statement provided to you when you applied for a contract hire agreement with us for more information about the information that we give to credit reference agencies. 14.8.3. Fraud prevention agencies can hold your information for different periods of time, and if you are considered to pose a fraud or money laundering risk, your information can be held for up to 6 years.
14.8.4. We may hold your information for a longer or shorter period from that described above where: • the law requires us to hold your personal information for a longer period, or delete it sooner; • you exercise your right to have the information erased (where it applies) and we do not need to hold it in connection with any of the reasons permitted or required under the law; and • in limited cases, the law permits us to keep your personal information indefinitely provided we put certain protections in place.
Retention of your information. We may retain your Personal Information indefinitely, unless you object, in which case CTC will only retain it if CTC is permitted or required to do so in terms of Applicable Laws. However, as a general rule, CTC will retain your information in accordance with retention periods set out in Applicable Laws, unless CTC deems it necessary to retain it for longer for a lawful purpose (for example, for the purposes of complaints handling, legal processes and proceedings).

We will retain data and information we collect for a period of 60 days after your Account is terminated, at which time it will be permanently deleted. We intend to only retain data, including Dependent data, for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected. Any Student account belonging to a deleted group, and to no active or archived groups, will be permanently deleted 60 days after you flag the group for deletion. To request deletion of your account or deletion of a Student's account, please email our Privacy Office at xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx (mailto:xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx) with specific details, such as the email address or username on the account and the date you wish it to be deleted. In order to verify your identity and authorization to make a deletion request, we will only correspond using the email address associated with your Educator Account. Currently, Pixton or our third party service providers retain and store information collected by, or provided to, us in the cloud and on secure servers in Canada. You hereby consent to Pixton storing any Personal Information you provide to us on secure servers in Canada.
Retention of your information. Retirement Realized applies a general rule of keeping your personal information for only as long as is required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

XXXX shall have a documented process to communicate changes in retention periods of personal information required by the business to you who are authorized to request those changes. • XXXX holding sensitive personal data or information shall not retain that information for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force. XXXX has framed the data retention policy and it retains all sorts of data/information including sensitive personal data or information in accordance with data retention policy. The data/information shall be de-identified/destroyed, when the purposes of data collection can be achieved, in accordance with our data retention policy. • Personal information shall be erased if their storage violates any of the data protection law or if knowledge of the data is no longer required by XXXX or for the benefit of the data providers. Additionally, XXXX has the right to retain the personnel information for legal and regulatory purpose as per applicable laws. XXXX shall perform an internal audit on an annual basis to ensure that personal information collected is used, retained and disposed-off in compliance with the applicable law.

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Me > Settings > Account Management > Connected Account > Delete Account in the app, or through sending email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Following such request with appropriate review by us, we will delete the data that it is not required to retain for purposes of regulatory, tax, insurance, litigation, or other legal requirements. For example, we retain location, device, and usage data for these purposes for a reasonable period as may be necessary; while it retains such data, it may also use it for purposes of safety, security, fraud prevention and detection, and research and development. In certain circumstances, we may be unable to delete your account, such as if there’s a balance on the account or an unresolved claim or dispute. Upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, we will delete the account as described above. We may also retain certain information if necessary for purposes of safety, security, and fraud prevention. For example, if we deactivate a user’s account because of unsafe behaviour or security incidents, we may retain certain information about that account to prevent that user from opening a new Cele Live account in the future.
