Retirement Plan and Eligibility. The Employer will provide a retirement plan for regular status employees. Retirement benefits and eligibility requirements for participation shall be defined by the Employer’s plan and shall not change during the term of this Agreement. Plan participation begins immediately upon hire. All employee contributions and Employer base and matching contributions shall be made each pay period and are vested immediately.

  • Health Benefits Eligibility a. The State System shall provide an eligible permanent full-time active employee with health benefits.
