Preconstruction Meetings. Preconstruction meetings will take place with ADR and/or Design Professional as often needed to assure timely performance of Preconstruction Services and progress of the Project. As part of the Design-Builder Preconstruction Fee and Design-Builder Preconstruction Overhead Costs, Design-Builder (together with all of its key preconstruction personnel) shall attend all preconstruction meetings.
Preconstruction Meetings. Prior to commencement of any construction of any Improvement, the Developer is responsible for meeting with Public Works Director to develop a reasonable construction truck routes and to review noise and dust ordinances.
Preconstruction Meetings. The PROFESSIONAL shall arrange and conduct preconstruction conferences with the CLIENT and contractor to review the contract requirements, details of construction, and work schedule prior to construction. Meeting minutes will be prepared and distributed by the PROFESSIONAL.
Preconstruction Meetings. During the Preconstruction Phase, the Core Group shall meet regularly (at least every other week) and shall schedule regular meetings for the IPD Team to facilitate collaboration regarding all Project elements, including but not limited to Worksite use and improvements, the selection of materials, building systems, and equipment.
Preconstruction Meetings. Franchisee shall attend all reasonably necessary preconstruction meetings as mutually agreed with Municipality.
Preconstruction Meetings. Prior to beginning construction, District shall arrange one or more meetings among Landlord, District, the general contractor and District’s other construction professionals and consultants as Landlord shall reasonably request be included to discuss construction matters, including construction hours, truck access, dust abatement, marshalling and storage areas and any other matters that may be of concern to Landlord with regard to the Health Clinic operation or which may be of concern to neighbors.
Preconstruction Meetings. The Architect will attend all preconstruction meetings. The CM will schedule and preside over preconstruction meetings and make a record of the attendees and proceedings at all such meetings.
Preconstruction Meetings. The DEPARTMENT shall offer to the RAILROAD a preconstruction meeting with the DEPARTMENT’S contractor and supervisory personnel prior to commencement of construction activities. The time and location of the preconstruction meeting shall be selected at the mutual convenience of the PARTIES.
Preconstruction Meetings. The P3CF Contractor is to provide attendance of appropriate design and construction team members to respond to Public Utilities or Engineering and Capital Projects Construction Manager’s questions for a kick-off meeting. The agenda shall include site access, final schedule, coordination with MBC and ESD, and other related issues.
Preconstruction Meetings.
3.1.1. Construction Manager and the Design Professional shall jointly schedule and attend regular meetings with the Owner to review and evaluate the Design. The Construction Manager shall, in consultation with the Design Professional, prepare a meeting schedule within five (5) days after execution of this Agreement, or issuance of a notice to proceed, whichever occurs first, and the first meeting shall be held not later than fourteen (14) days after execution of this Agreement, or issuance of a notice to proceed, whichever occurs first.
.1 Unless directed otherwise by the Owner, the Construction Manager shall provide the following items at the first meeting:
(a) An outline of the goals and objectives of the entire Work and the working relationship and responsibilities of the Owner, the Design Professional, and the Construction Manager, using this Agreement as a basis;
(b) A preliminary outline, with samples, of its Administrative Management Plans and Reports as required in Section 3.4 below;
(c) A preliminary evaluation of the Fixed Limit of Construction Cost and the program requirements provided by the Owner, each in terms of the other;
(d) In cooperation with the Owner and the Design Professional, a determination of which Design phase team meetings warrant the Construction Manager’s presence. Once agreed by the parties, it shall attend and participate in all such meetings;
(e) A preliminary site logistics and utilization plan for review by the Owner. This plan shall subsequently be refined by the Construction Manager with input from the Owner and Design Professional and approved by the Owner prior to its implementation; and
(f) A preliminary Project Schedule in accordance with Section 3.6, using actual current project data that will fully demonstrate the Construction Manager’s intended scheduling program, online access and reports.
