Right of Inspection and Entry. Tenant agrees that the Landlord, its agent or representative, or University staff may enter the Apartment Unit and Premises at reasonable hours for the purposes of making inspections and repairs, decorations, alterations or improvements, to retrieve stolen furniture or property, to supply services and/or to exhibit same to prospective lessees. Except in the event of an emergency affecting health, safety, or welfare of the Tenant or any resident or any property thereof (in which event Landlord may immediately enter the Apartment Unit and Premises at any time without prior notice to, or consent from, Tenant), Landlord shall give Tenant at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice (written or oral) of intent to enter and shall enter only between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday through Friday, or at such other time as is mutually agreed to by Landlord and Tenant. In the event that Tenant is absent from the Premises at the time of entry, Landlord shall supply Tenant within twenty-four (24) hours after entry with a written report of the entry, setting forth the purpose of the entry and the details of any repair, decoration, alteration or improvement. Entry notices may be posted in common places such as elevators, in hallways, on doors or circulated by means of campus newspapers, newsletters, e-mail, or other forms of communications. In the event Tenant shall refuse entry to the Apartment Unit or Premises and by such refusal additional costs are incurred or additional damages are caused to the Apartment Unit, Premises, or Building, Tenant will be liable for all such costs and damages. In addition, abuse of access rights by any Tenant shall be a basis for termination of the Lease. Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord or its Agent or representative, including University staff, will inspect the Premises and Apartment Unit on a regular basis to ensure Tenant’s compliance with all rules and regulations and maintenance of the Apartment Unit and Premises in a good, clean, and sanitary state. In addition, the Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord or its Agent or representative will enter into an Apartment Unit to complete a damage inspection within 48 business hours after an occupant vacates their Apartment Unit without prior notice to co-occupants. This inspection may include commonly shared spaces such as the bathroom, living room or kitchen. Right of Inspection and Entry. Resident agrees that Owner, Agent, or any representative or contractor of either Owner or Agent may enter the Room at reasonable times, with or without advance notice, to inspect and repair the Room. Resident acknowledges that Owner, Agent or a representative or contractor of Owner or Agent will inspect the Room on a monthly basis to determine Resident’s care of the Room and Resident’s compliance with all applicable health and safety rules and regulations and terms of the Contract. A maintenance request by a Resident shall constitute Resident’s consent for Owner, Agent or a representative or contractor of Owner or Agent to enter into the Room.

Further, Owner reserves the right to enter any apartment in an emergency when responding to a reported or suspected incident, agreement, or policy violation(s) or when there is a reasonable belief that there is serious physical or psychological distress being suffered by or imminent danger to the room’s occupants or contents.

Resident shall also permit the Company or its agents or employees upon scheduled appointments to enter the Unit for the purpose of displaying the same to perspective Residents or purchasers. No such prior appointment shall be necessary if this Lease has been declared in default or if the Resident has abandoned the Unit. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to enter any apartment in an emergency when appropriate staff are responding to a reported incident or believe there is serious physical or psychological distress or imminent danger to the room’s occupants or contents.
Right of Inspection and Entry. The SUBLESSOR, or any of its agents, shall have the right to enter said premises during all reasonable hours to examine the same, to make such repairs, additions or alterations as may be deemed necessary for the safety, comfort or preservation thereof, of said building, or to exhibit said premises, and to put or keep upon the doors thereof a notice "FOR RENT" at any time the SUBLESSEE is in default of this sublease agreement as well as within 180 days before the expiration of this Sublease.

Right of Inspection and Entry. Resident agrees that Licensor, Xxxx Xxx College or EHS-II or their respective staff members, representatives or designees may enter the Room and the Residence Hall at reasonable hours for the purpose of making inspections, repairs, and for any other purpose deemed necessary by any of them, and at all times during an emergency. A request by any other resident of the Residence Hall shall also constitute permission for any of Licensor, Xxxx Xxx College and EHs-II staff or their respective representatives or designees to enter into the Residence Hall or the Room.
Right of Inspection and Entry. Lessor and its agents shall have the right at all reasonable times during the term of this lease to enter the Demised Premises: (a) with prior notice to Lessee when possible, for access to the electrical service for the entire building, to make such repairs or alterations as Lessor shall deem necessary, or to inspect the Demised Premises and all buildings and improvements thereon; or (b) without prior notice to Lessee, to respond to any emergency affecting the Demised Premises or the entire building or grounds. Lessor shall at all times have a set of keys to the Demised Premises and current alarm codes. Without limiting other times when Lessor may enter the Demised Premises in Lessee's absence, Lessee acknowledges that Lessor will enter the Demised Premises in Lessee's absence if necessary to restore electrical power to Lessor's place of business.
Right of Inspection and Entry. The RESIDENT will allow JUBILEE, its agent, employees, contractors or subcontractors to have access to the Unit at any time for any purpose, including but not limited to (a) inspections, (b) repair, in the event of fire, accident or other property damage, (c) installation, servicing, or removal of JUBILEE’s equipment, (d) servicing, or (e) making any repairs and/or replacements JUBILEE considers necessary or desirable. Unless JUBILEE deems, in its sole opinion, that the reason to enter or inspect the Unit is an emergency, 24 hours’ notice will be given to RESIDENT. However, failure to provide access, whether or not notice is given, will constitute a breach of this lease. Each year, JUBILEE, investors and various government regulatory agencies will need to perform monitoring inspections of the apartment units and tenant files, in order to determine whether the property continues to meet program requirements. Residents will receive proper notice of these inspections and must be willing to allow access to their apartment. They must also be willing, if these agencies determine that their unit is “out of compliance,” to allow management to correct the findings from the inspection and/or to take action to remove/correct the issue found at the time of the inspection
