Attendance at Association Meetings. Employees shall be granted time off to attend union meetings once per month should such meeting fall within the employee's regular work shift.
Attendance at Association Meetings. A remote site representative of the Association shall be granted release time from instructional duties in order to attend scheduled monthly Association meetings as long as adequate arrangements are made with the appropriate supervisor.

The Sheriff shall grant time off without loss of pay to the Association President and State Delegate to attend any and all State, County Conference or Local Association meetings, which require attendance if he/she is scheduled for duty the times of such meetings. Attendance at Association Meetings. Any support employee wishing to attend any ESPM Association meeting during work hours may do so provided the support employee notifies his/her immediate administrator at least one day in advance and the time taken from that shift must be made up in that work day. If time is not made up, a full dock of pay for the time missed will be reflected in the next pay period. Meetings applicable to this article shall be restricted to evening meetings and limited to no more than nine (9) per fiscal year.
Attendance at Association Meetings. 1. Elected officers or delegates to OAPSE shall not suffer loss of pay for attendance at meetings to which they are elected, up to a maximum of three (3) days per year.
