Attendance at Association Meetings. Employees shall be granted time off to attend union meetings once per month should such meeting fall within the employee's regular work shift.

Attendance at Association Meetings. At least one (1) hour of paid time shall be set aside for Association meetings on Convocation Day. Association meetings shall be scheduled so as not to conflict with the normal hours of the school day. Employees who are scheduled to be at work when an Association meeting is scheduled (i.e., second shift), shall be permitted to take up to time-and-one-half (1-1/2) hours, three (3) times per school year, with pay.
