Common use of Right to Leave Clause in Contracts

Right to Leave. Each bargaining unit member shall, upon appropriate notice to the Director of Operations’ Office, be granted without loss of pay, a maximum of three (3) days of nonaccumulative Personal Leave per school year. All Personal Leave days are unrestricted. Personal leave may be taken in one-quarter (%), one-half (14) or fixll-day increments.
