ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE. Upon receiving your call, a Roadside Assistance administrator will dispatch a qualified service facility to provide assistance up to a maximum of $100 per incident for: battery boost (jump start); flat tire change (with your good spare); delivery of gas (maximum $5); and lock-out assistance. No deductible will apply for this benefit.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE. You are entitled to one (1) service per 72-hours. Services available to You at no cost are: a tow up to 25 miles; battery jumpstart; flat tire change; fuel delivery (You are responsible for the actual cost of the delivered materials); lockout assistance (entry to passenger compartment only).

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE. For questions or inquiries, You should address correspondence to Ford Roadside at P.O. Box 9145, Medford, MA 02155. Roadside Assistance includes: (i) Roadside Assistance Items, (ii) Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement, and (iii) Destination Assistance. The Roadside Assistance benefits provided under this Agreement are available from Ford Roadside 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To request roadside assistance or for customer inquiries, call Ford Roadside at 000-000-0000. Service providers who provide Roadside Assistance are independent contractors and not employees, agents or representatives of Ours or of Our subcontractors.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE. Insuring Agreement Coverage is provided where a premium, limit of liability, and/or indicated as included is shown in the Declarations for the vehicle. "We" will provide Roadside Assistance coverage each time "your covered auto" as shown in the Declarations is disabled up to 3 times per 6 month term per vehicle, or up to 6 times per 12 month term per vehicle. The maximum distance for towing is 100 miles from the place of disablement per occurrence if within "our" network. If "you" arrange "your" own Roadside Assistance service outside of our network, "we" will reimburse "you" up to $50 of the cost "you" incur.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE COVERAGE. The Company will pay for the following emergency roadside assistance services necessitated by the disablement of an owned automobile listed in the Declarations as carrying this Coverage, but only to the extent of the limits of this Coverage as stated in the Declarations and only two (2) occurrences per vehicle per policy period: a) reasonable towing and labor costs to the nearest point at which the disablement can be remedied; b) tire change; c) battery jump start; d) key lockout service; and e) fuel, oil and water delivery service limited to the amounts of fuel, oil and water necessary for the vehicle to travel to the nearest point where fuel and oil is available for purchase by the insured person or relative of the insured car listed on the Declarations page. The following definitions apply to Roadside Assistance Coverage:

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application The Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application should contain all the necessary information to determine whether a Household is potentially eligible for CRF assistance. In accordance with the provisions of Sections 760.20-760.37, Fla. Stat., it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, or handicap in the award application process for Eligible Housing.

  • Education Assistance The lay-off may be eligible to apply for this option if:

  • Relocation Assistance The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, (42 U.S.C. § 4601), prohibits unfair treatment of persons displaced or whose property has been acquired because of Federal or Federal-aid programs and projects.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel. Evaluations for Probationary and Ineffective Teachers:

  • Termination Assistance Upon nearing the end of the final term or termination of this Agreement, without respect to cause, the Party shall take all reasonable and prudent measures to facilitate any transition required by the State. All State property, tangible and intangible, shall be returned to the State upon demand at no additional cost to the State in a format acceptable to the State.
