ROSTER DAYS. Where practical, one (1) week’s notice shall be given by the supervisor/manager of the need to work on a scheduled RDO. Before accruing an RDO, efforts shall be made to take the RDO on another day during that week or at a mutually convenient time.

ROSTER DAYS. Members of each work team agree to stagger their accrued 38 hour roster days during the roster cycle each month to meet operational requirements. There will not be a designated roster day off for the entire crew but individuals in that team will have a designated roster day. In the event an employee is required to work on their rostered day such employee shall accrue hours as provided in the MAFS system.

ROSTER DAYS. Employees shall accrue an entitlement of one (1) rostered day off for continuous service over a cycle of four (4) consecutive weeks to provide an average of 38 ordinary hours per week. The following rules form the agreement regarding entitlement to the rostered day off: 12.1 The rostered day off shall be paid at ordinary rates for 7.6 hours if accrued. To accrue a roster day 2 hours per week, for three weeks of the four week cycle, will be deducted from an employee’s wages. On the fourth week of the cycle 1.6 hours will be deducted from an employee’s wage. These hours are banked to allow for a roster day each four week cycle. 12.2 The rostered day off must be taken during the next cycle, with the workforce splitting Roster Days over two (2) consecutive Monday’s or as agreed. 12.3 Provided that should any employee be required by the Company to work on his/her rostered day and this will only be done by mutual agreement between the employee and the Company, the Company will substitute another roster day for that employee. 12.4 If an employee wishes to change a roster day to another day this will only be done by mutual agreement between the Company and the employee. 12.5 If an employee is absent on Workers’ Compensation the appropriate pro-rata amount of hours for the days they work will be deducted at the rate of 0.4 hours per day to accrue for roster day off. 12.6 There will be no accrual of hours for roster days when employee’s are on Long Service Leave.

  • Working Days Without prejudice to clause 9.1, where the Authority funds the delivery of this Contract using European Social Fund (ESF) funds or in its role as a Co-financing Organisation uses this contract as a match for ESF provision, either at the outset of the contract or at any point during the life of the contract, the Contractor and any Sub-contractors appointed by it shall be bound by the corresponding additional requirements detailed within relevant Contractor Guidance, including the maintaining of records until at least 31 December 2023.

  • Rostered Days Off 38.1 The ordinary working hours shall be worked in a ten (10) day/two (2) week cycle, Monday to Friday inclusive with eight (8) hours worked on each of nine days within the cycle and with 0.8 of an hour on each of those days accruing toward the tenth day, which shall be taken as a paid day off. The tenth day will be known as the Rostered Day Off or (RDO). 38.2 RDOs are paid at the ordinary time rate paid to Employees at the time of taking the RDO and will include the daily ‘Fares & Travelling Allowance’, and any applicable Site Allowance as prescribed by this Agreement. 38.3 For clarity, 26 RDOs will be accrued by an Employee in each twelve months continuous service. The Employer must maintain a RDO accrual system that accurately records the accrual of RDOs in accordance with this Agreement. 38.4 Each day of paid leave taken and any public holiday occurring during any cycle of two weeks will be a day worked for accrual purposes. 38.5 Upon commencement of employment, Employees who have not worked a complete ten (10) day/two (2) week cycle, will receive pro-rata accrual entitlements for the first RDO or group of RDOs falling after their commencement of employment. An Employer and Employee may agree to RDO accruals in advance in instances where the Employee does not have sufficient RDO accruals when an RDO falls due. 38.6 Upon termination of employment, an adjustment will be made to ensure that the full RDO entitlements, and no more, have been provided. This means that Employees then having received more RDOs than they were entitled to will have the relevant amount removed from final termination payments, and Employees who have received less than their full RDO entitlement will have the outstanding amount added to final termination payments.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an Employee's vacation period, she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee.

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents. All intending bidders shall be required to verify their identities by showing to the Auctioneer their identity cards prior to the commencement of the auction, failing which, they shall not be entitled to bid. In the event that the Bumiputra lot is sold to a non Bumiputra or if the successful bidder is below the age of 18 or is an undischarged bankrupt or is not legally competent to purchase the property, then such sale shall be cancelled and the deposit paid shall be refunded to the successful bidder and thereafter the Assignee shall be at liberty to put up the property for sale. A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.

  • Days Unless specified otherwise, any period of days mandated under a Note or this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall be determined by reference to calendar days, not business days, except that any payments, notices, or other performance falling due on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal government holiday shall be considered timely if paid, given, or performed on the next succeeding business day.
