Rotational Lodging. The company will identify to the Association and rotational Flight Crew members the person(s) to contact for inquiries and concerns with respect to rotational lodging at Company Bases. Any changes to the list of contacts will be posted at Company bases with rotational lodging. Rotational Flight Crew Members, while working northern rotation schedules, shall be provided with room and board, at Company expense, comparable to that provided by the Company to other employees also working northern rotation schedules: This is not applicable when the Flight Crew Member is at his Home Base. Single rooms shall be provided at staff houses when and where available. At no time shall the number of occupants of any staff house exceed the number of beds in the house. The Company will be responsible for ensuring staff houses are equipped with the following safety and security devices: smoke detector(s). fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide detector(s) and lockable exterior doors. The Company will also be responsible for ensuring that staff houses are kept in good repair and that each bedroom door has a key lock. Flight Crew Members will not be required to share rooms with members of the opposite sex.

MileageAllowance The rate for a Flight Crew Member who is approved to use his own vehicle on Company business is per kilometre. Where a Flight Crew Member is required by the Company to work on a guaranteed day off, said Flight Crew Member shall be entitled to return cab fare or the return mileage from home to work.

Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS Hirer can allocate up to 2% in number of the tickets for each performance or day of the Event as complimentary tickets.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.
