SAFE DRIVING BONUS. The Company will provide a gift card in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) as a safe driving bonus to each employee who has completed twelve (12) months of non preventable accident free driving in the period ending October of each year provided that the employee worked on average at least one hundred and twenty (120) hours per month during the twelve (12) month period then ended. The hundred twenty (120) hours are inclusive of paid holiday time. Gift Cards will be mailed by December of each year for the previous year to all employees who continue to be employed at that date.

SAFE DRIVING BONUS. The Company will provide a gift card as a safe driving bonus to each employee who has completed twelve (12) months of preventable accident free driving in the twelve (12) month period ending September 30th of each year. Gift Cards will be mailed by December 15th of each year for the previous year to all employees who continue to be employed at that date. The Safe Driving Bonus will be paid to qualifying employees who completed twelve (12) months with no preventable accidents as follows: a) Provided that the employee worked at least one thousand six hundred and sixty-four (1,664) hours, including paid holiday time, in the twelve (12) months then ended and had no preventable accidents, the Company will provide a one hundred and twenty-five ($125.00) gift card. b) If an employee does not meet the above target, but provided the employee worked at least one thousand and forty (1,040) hours, including paid holiday time, during the twelve (12) month period then ended and has had no preventable accidents, the Company will provide a fifty dollar ($50.00) gift card.
SAFE DRIVING BONUS. Annually, a Driver not having any chargeable accidents, moving violations, or negligent damage to a vehicle or property while driving a District vehicle in the preceding school year, as determined by the Director of Transportation, shall receive a $1000.00 bonus. To be eligible for this bonus, Drivers must work no less than 600 hours in the preceding year.
SAFE DRIVING BONUS. The Company will provide a quarterly safe driving bonus of $100 for Company drivers who remain accident free during that quarter. If a Company driver remains accident free for the entire year, then they will receive an additional $100 bonus at the end of the fourth quarter.

  • Performance Bonuses The Executive will be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus at an annualized rate of up to 40% of his base salary, based on the achievement of reasonable individual and Company performance targets to be established by the Company and Parent.

  • Sick Leave Bonus ‌ For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Short-Term Incentive Compensation In addition to the foregoing Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible during the Term to receive cash short-term incentive compensation, determined and payable in the discretion of the Compensation Committee of the Board. At least annually, the Compensation Committee shall consider awarding short-term incentive compensation to the Executive.

  • Retention Bonuses Provided Executive becomes and remains an active employee of Mercantile, Mercantile will pay Executive retention bonuses in accordance with the following schedule: (i) $42,750.00 [25% of salary and target incentive compensation], to be paid on the first payroll period following the Effective Time, (ii) $42,750.00 [25% of salary and target incentive compensation], to be paid on the first payroll period following six (6) months of Executive’s employment with Mercantile, (iii) $42,750.00 [25% of salary and target incentive compensation], to be paid on the first payroll period following twelve (12) months of Executive’s employment with Mercantile. After twelve (12) months of Executive’s employment with Mercantile, Executive will not be entitled to any further Severance or Retention benefits. The above-listed payments and benefits are in lieu of any and all payments and benefits to which Executive may otherwise have been entitled under the CIC Agreement or any other agreement or practice.

  • Recovery of Bonus and Incentive Compensation Any bonus and incentive compensation paid to you during a CPP Covered Period is subject to recovery or “clawback” by the Company if the payments were based on materially inaccurate financial statements or any other materially inaccurate performance metric criteria.

  • Vacation Bonus Employees shall receive one day's base pay (or adjusted earnings) for each year of service beyond twenty-five (25) years, to a maximum of ten (10) days’ pay.

  • Attendance Incentive Program In January of the year following any year in which a minimum of sixty (60) days of leave for illness or injury is accrued, and each January thereafter, any eligible employee may exercise an option to receive remuneration for unused leave for illness or injury accumulated in the previous year at a rate equal to one (1) day of monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days of accrued leave for illness or injury in excess of sixty (60) days. Leave for illness or injury for which compensation has been received shall be deducted from accrued leave for illness or injury at the rate of four (4) days for every one (1) day of monetary compensation; provided, however, no employee shall receive compensation under this section for any portion of leave for illness or injury accumulated at a rate in excess of one (1) day per month. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death an eligible employee or the employee's estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day of current monetary compensation of the employee for each four (4) full days accrued leave for illness or injury. The provisions of this section shall be administered in accordance with state law and applicable state rules and regulations. Should the legislature revoke any benefits granted under this section, no affected employee shall be entitled thereafter to receive such benefits as matter of contractual right.

  • Separation Compensation In exchange for your agreement to the general release and waiver of claims and covenant not to sue set forth below and your other promises herein, the Company agrees to provide you with the following:

  • Bonus and Incentive Compensation Executive shall be entitled to equitable participation in incentive compensation and bonuses in any plan or arrangement of the Bank or the Company in which Executive is eligible to participate. Nothing paid to Executive under any such plan or arrangement will be deemed to be in lieu of other compensation to which Executive is entitled under this Agreement.

  • Performance Incentives As a bonus, to supplement Assistant Coach’s compensation, as set out herein, the University agrees to pay the following sums upon attainment of each specified goal, provided the Program is in compliance with all Governing Athletics Rules and University Rules, and there are no pending or active NCAA or __________ Conference investigations or major violations of which Assistant Coach knew or should have known. Assistant Coach must also complete the _________ [insert sport] season as an Assistant [Men’s/Women’s] [delete if sport is football] __________ Coach to receive any performance incentives for that season.
