Safety Notice. This Agreement is the contract of deposit, which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Account Card (“Account Card”). The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Ironworkers USA Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”). By signing the Account Card or completing and transmitting an Online Account Card or service request that is a part of the Agreement, each of you, jointly and individually, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including the Funds Availability Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, and the Truth-in-Savings Disclosures (Rate and Fee Schedule) accom- panying this Agreement, any account receipt, the Credit Union’s Bylaws and Policies, and any amendments which collectively govern your Membership and Accounts. You agree that additional accounts and services you request in the future will be governed by this Agreement, as amended from time to time.
Safety Notice. Employees are responsible for submitting written notice about perceived unhealthy, unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions, to their immediate supervisor(s), as soon as they perceive said conditions. The notice must identify the problem and suggest a remedy.

During the Term, each Party shall notify the other Party within forty-eight (48) hours, of any information that comes into such Party's possession, or action by, or notice that it receives (directly or indirectly) from, any Regulatory Authority or Third Party that (a) raises any material concerns regarding the safety or efficacy of any Compounds or Analogs that the Company is researching or developing in accordance with the terms hereof, (b) indicates or suggests a potential investigation or formal inquiry by a Regulatory Authority in connection with any Compounds or Analogs that the Company is researching or developing in accordance with the terms hereof, or (c) is reasonably likely to lead to a recall or market withdrawal of a product.
Safety Notice. The intent of mitigation and/or reduction of effects described in the CoP is to be delivered in an honest and conscientious manner by the concessionaire and/or staff. However, delivery is regarded as industry best practice, therefore must be treated as advisory guidelines. If any operational demands of the activity or flying techniques become in conflict with the aircraft being operated in a safe manner, then all CAA safety-related procedures will take precedence over this COP. The concessionaires will already have in place their own health and safety manuals for clients and staff, and contractors to follow. Any safety briefings to staff, guides, and clients are beyond the scope of this CoP, and must be complied with under the Health & Safety in Employment Act (1992).
Safety Notice. 4.1 Ongoing maintenance and repair are essential to the safe and reliable operation of INTER-PAK’s products.
4.2 Read and understand the OMI Manual provided with each unit. follow all warnings and instructions in the manual, on the unit, and otherwise provided by INTER- PAK.
4.3 MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, OR USE BY UN- TRAINED PERSONNEL CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
4.4 Maintenance or repair performed by unqualified and/or personnel unauthorized by INTER-PAK will void this warranty.
4.5 Use only genuine INTER-PAK replacement parts or their authorized equivalent. Use of other parts will void this warranty.
