Sales Objectives. What are your top line sales objectives in each of the five (5) years if awarded this contract? While our top line has doubled in size since our conception, our goal is to increase our current sales by 25% each year. In 5 years this would be $275,000,000.
Sales Objectives. What are your top line sales objectives in each of the five (5) years if awarded this contract? Our topline sales projections are for $300,000 for year one, $750,000 for year two, $1.5 million for year three, and $1.875 for year four, and $2.5 million if extended into a fifth year.
Sales Objectives. What are your top line sales objectives in each of the five (5) years if awarded this contract? 1. Increase state and local government contract business, in states where we don’t currently have access to a State Contract. State of Ohio is of high importance to us. 3-5% growth per year 2. Increase Higher Education business through group purchasing contract opportunities 5% per year 3. Brand Awareness – as the seating category becomes more and more crowded it is of utmost importance to us to maintain our value proposition by being a seating manufacturer that provides seating with high design at a mid market price point who can offer the flexibility to its clients of open line dealer support and being able to offer our clients best value contract options of their choice.
Sales Objectives. The Parties agree to meet periodically to coordinate and select sales opportunities as well as to coordinate the joint sales and marketing activities of both Parties as contemplated in 5.1 above. Each Party shall be responsible for funding its own portion of the effort involved both in coordinating and selecting such sales opportunities and in coordinating such joint sales and marketing activities.

In the event that such non-achievement of the minimum sales objectives is not reached for [***] in a period of [***], then ERYTECH shall have the right, within [***] days from the end of the [***] in which Teva did not achieve the minimum sales objective, to [***] in order to [***] and if such is not found by [***], ERYTECH shall have the right to terminate this Agreement by [***], in which event [***]. In the event that the Agreement is not [***], and TEVA [***], ERYTECH shall have the right [***] to [***] in order to [***] and if such is not found, to provide TEVA with [***]. ERYTECH shall not pay TEVA any indemnity or reimbursements whatsoever for terminating this Agreement in accordance with this Article 7. For the avoidance of any doubt: • [***] shall not be included in the minimum sales objectives, • TEVA shall not be responsible or liable for any non-achievement of such minimum sales’ objectives if such non-achievement results from events or circumstances reasonably beyond the control of TEVA (or any of its Representatives) and which, despite the exercise of reasonable diligence, TEVA is unable to prevent, avoid or remove.

Sales Objectives. 3.1 Distributor shall use its best efforts to achieve the following objectives during the effective period of this Contract, unless otherwise agreed between the parties:: Year 1 — 150 systems Year 2 — 300 systems Year 3 — 450 systems Year 4 — 600 systems Year 5 — 800 systems
3.2 The Parties have established these objectives based on a thorough analysis of the market and its potential.
3.3 Exclusivity for the contractual territory and preferential purchase prices of distributors will be maintained on the basis of compliance with the. aforementioned objectives. The sales figures will be reviewed annually and the supplier reserves the right to modify the price list and remove exclusivity if the minimum order value is not reached.
Sales Objectives. (a) It is anticipated that, for the period January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, Distributor’s value of purchases of Products will be equal to at least those values on Exhibit D attached hereto.
(b) In the event Distributor’s purchases of Products for any Calendar Year of this Agreement are less than the above anticipated amount for that Calendar Year, C&D shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in whole or in part or to change Distributor’s appointment hereunder from C&D’s exclusive distributor of the Products to a non-exclusive distributor of the Products in the Territory upon at least ninety (90) days prior written notice given within sixty (60) days after the end of that Calendar Year, unless the short-fall in purchases resulted from C&D’s failure or inability to fill orders properly submitted by Distributor at least eight (8) weeks before the requested ship date.
