All 9 Parts Distribution Centers in United States and Canada have the following certifications. ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). The Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, OH plant earned two Manufacturing Leadership Awards from the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the Encouraging Environmental Excellence ‘E3’ Gold Award from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency in 2020. Allseating’s environmental management system is certified to conform to the standards of ISO 14001:2015. GREEN INITIATIVES: Allseating has always been an environmentally conscious company – not simply because it’s the right way to work, but because it’s the smarter way to work. ISO 14001 This international specification is the gold standard for helping companies introduce and adopt environmental management systems. We figured thousands of companies around the world can’t be wrong, so we decided to make it our guide for executing and measuring our green goals. One such initiative has been the solid waste diversion program we set up to identify ways to minimize whatever we generate, reuse materials wherever possible and recycle whenever feasible. Our goal is to recover more than 50% of overall waste generated throughout our business and operations in partnership with recycling and waste management services. INDOOR ADVANTAGE GOLD CERTIFICATION Allseating products are Indoor Advantage Gold – Furniture Indoor Air Quality certified, SCS Global Services' highest level of indoor air quality performance for furniture. This certification assures that furniture products support a healthy indoor environment by meeting strict chemical emission limits for volatile organic compounds (VOCs). To be certified, products must be tested by independent labs for compliance with the ANSI/BIFMA X7.1 and either ANSI/BIFMA e.3 or CDPH/EHLB Standard Method V1-2 for VOC emissions of concerns. SCS Global Services has been providing global leadership in third-party quality, environmental and sustainability verification, certification, auditing, testing and standards development for three decades. One of our company pillars is to Build a Better Future, and we are making big strides in this direction. Together with our sustainability consultant, Brightworks, we are analyzing our company from every level to understand our impact and to create a roadmap for improvement. We recognize our responsibility to create environments with less waste and to reduce environmental impact through the vendors we support, the products we source, and the services we provide. With a focus on strategic sourcing, we aim to select products that incorporate best-in-class materials and manufacturing processes. We have developed our own vendor scorecard system to track performance and encourage our vendor partners to improve and innovate. Our design teams are well-versed in reimagining existing or pre-owned furniture through refurbishment, reupholstery, and refinishing. Our roots are in preowned and refurbished furniture, and we are establishing measurable targets for product circularity. One way we are having an immediate impact is by providing no and low- carbon solutions through our sister companies Bettersource and Greenersource. Our clients receive proceeds from liquidation, earnings from recycled materials and tax deductions from donations benefiting nonprofits around the country. Our reporting provides metrics for the waste that is diverted form landfills and our environment.

Federal Contracts Xxxx agrees to do business in an ethical and responsible manner concerning sustainable initiatives. FCC is proud to partner with Generac who is considered a market leader in sustainable initiatives. Generac has made extensive gains incorporating sustainability into its short-term and long-range business plan. A comprehensive copy of Generac’s plan has been included in the submission docs (labeled Generac Sustainability ESG Report).

Federal Contracts Xxxx agrees to do business in an ethical and responsible manner concerning sustainable initiatives. Federal Contracts Corp is offering JLG products on this contract and JLG is owned by Oshkosh Corp. Xxxxxxx has made deep investments in sustainability. Oshkosh Corporation and JLG has volunteered to be part of the Department of Energy (DOE) Better Plants Program beginning in FY14. Energy reduction goal of 25% was surpassed with a FY21 year end result of 30.2% reduction. The greenhouse gas reduction goal of 25% was surpassed with a FY21 year-end achievement of 37.2% reduction. There have been multiple capital improvement projects to upgrade facilities, processes, photovoltaic solar systems, lighting, compressors, paint systems, etc. These investments have greatly reduced greenhouse gas, volatile organic compounds, and Hazardous Air Pollutants. These are just some of the notables for JLG/Xxxxxxx’s global commitment to sustainability. A full sustainability report has been included in the documents submitted in this proposal.

Manitowoc has invested in green initiative advances that improve our environment and improve crane operations. One example of this is “green-engine” mode. This mode conserves fuel and reduces nitrous oxide exhausts during full speed drum operation while under load at a lower RPM. Additional green initiatives include green- winch mode as well as auto idling stop mode. These advances reduce fuel use, fuel costs, and reduce nitrous oxide exhausts.

Ver- Mac, as a Quebec, Canada based business, is subject to many sustainable initiatives. The Quebec provincial government is in the process of implementing a 2030 plan for a green economy. This plan is the first Canadian electrification and climate change policy framework. The government is giving prioritization to electrification in transportation, Ver-Mac’s main source of income, and industry. Ver-Mac is working to meet the call of this 2023-2028 implementation plan for the Quebec 2030 plan for a Green Economy. Ver-Mac meets all current requirements and is working toward the future to help the Quebec province reach its goal of reducing Green House Gases by 37.5% below 1990 levels by 2030. Additionally, to help the province achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
