Scheduling Breaks. (i) The Company shall schedule breaks in order to insure continuity of coverage in all job functions. However, every effort will be made to ensure employees are not required to work in excess of two (2) hours without a break. (ii) The employee cannot choose to waive the rest break and add the rest break time to lunch breaks.

Scheduling Breaks. Employees shall not be compelled to take more than one unpaid continuous hour before they have been on duty three hours, or after they have been on duty five hours, or in accordance with the work schedule.

  • Coffee Breaks An employee will be allowed a coffee break not in excess of fifteen (15) minutes without loss of pay in the first half shift and a coffee break not in excess of fifteen (15) minutes without loss of pay in the second half shift.

  • Scope of Service Interconnection Service shall be provided to the Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection (a), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Generation Interconnection Customer, up to the Maximum Facility Output, and (b), in the case of interconnection of the Customer Facility of a Transmission Interconnection Customer, up to the Nominal Rated Capability. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes. An employee will only be scheduled in one home per shift. iii) Overtime payment and other premiums will be in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer. iv) Weekends off, consecutive work days and all other scheduling provisions will be in accordance with the collective agreement at the designated employer.
