Schedule Breaks. Schedules D, E, F, G-II, H-II and H-III for contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2024 (modifying Section 11.A. of the General Provisions of the Codified Basic Agreement) are amended as follows: SAMPLE Schedule D -- Television multiple picture performers receiving $5,150 or less per week and guaranteed less than $32,000 per television picture (less than $56,320 per television picture for contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2024) and theatrical multiple picture performers receiving $6,200 or less per week ($6,350 or less per week for contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2024) and guaranteed less than $65,000 per theatrical picture (less than $114,400 per theatrical picture for contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2024). Schedule E -- Television contract performers whose weekly guaranteed salary is $5,150 or less per week and theatrical contract performers whose weekly guaranteed salary is $6,200 or less per week ($6,350 or less per week for contracts entered into on or after July 1, 2024). Schedule Breaks. All employees shall be entitled to a duty free lunch that is one (1) hour in length. It is recognized that there may be circumstances in which the period of the duty free lunch may be broken into two segments. In each instance the superintendent or his/her designee shall establish the stop and start times and the lunch hours with input from the employee. In each category, employee may be assigned to other duties within the bargaining unit on a temporary basis. In the event the period of reassignment shall exceed five (5) consecutive workdays, there will be appropriate notice to the Association. These requirements are for full-time employees. Nothing shall preclude the Board from establishing part time positions. The Board shall have the right to establish the stop and start times for each position and the lunch hours.

Schedule Breaks a) There shall be no services scheduled for December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, January 1st, Canadian Thanksgiving Monday, or Easter Sunday. There may be services scheduled for New Year's Eve, December 31st. Any service or portion of a service occurring past 6:00 p.m. on December 31st, or continuing into the morning of January 1st, must be paid at double the applicable rate.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Time Schedule 4.1. A project schedule is included in Appendix A.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Schedule of Services Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously.   • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. A4. CHANGES IN WORK -- EXTRA WORK In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY. The CITY and FIRST PARTY shall agree in writing to any changes in compensation and/or changes in FIRST PARTY’s services before the commencement of any work. If FIRST PARTY deems work he/she has been directed to perform is beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work, FIRST PARTY shall immediately inform the CITY in writing of the fact. The CITY shall make a determination as to whether such work is in fact beyond the scope of this agreement and constitutes extra work. In the event that the CITY determines that such work does constitute extra work, it shall provide compensation to the FIRST PARTY in accordance with an agreed cost that is fair and equitable. This cost will be mutually agreed upon by the CITY and FIRST PARTY. A supplemental agreement providing for such compensation for extra work shall be negotiated between the CITY and the FIRST PARTY. Such supplemental agreement shall be executed by the FIRST PARTY and may be approved by the City Manager upon recommendation of the Department Head.

  • Schedule of Performance Consultant shall commence the services pursuant to this Agreement upon receipt of a written notice to proceed and shall perform all services within the time period(s) established in the “Schedule of Performance” attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by this reference. When requested by the Consultant, extensions to the time period(s) specified in the Schedule of Performance may be approved in writing by the Contract Officer but not exceeding one hundred eighty (180) days cumulatively.
