Scheduling Limitations. Unless otherwise specified in this article, the following shall always apply: If an employee is required by the Employer to report first to a different location before reporting to his/her scheduled worksite, travel time from that location to the actual worksite shall be included in the scheduled workday. If at the end of work at his/her scheduled worksite the employee is required to report back to a different location first before booking off work, travel time from the worksite to that different location shall be included in the scheduled workday.

Scheduling Limitations. Unless otherwise specified in this article, the following shall always apply:
(a) The regular shift in any schedule shall not exceed 10 hours, exclusive of meal periods.
(b) The minimum scheduled shift, exclusive of meal periods, shall be seven hours.
(c) With the exception of Lookout persons, the maximum number of consecutive days worked without a day of rest shall not exceed 14 days.
(d) Travel time from point of assembly to the worksite and return shall be included in the scheduled workday.
(1) Employees shall not be required to work split shifts except by mutual agreement approved by the Joint Committee. This clause shall not apply to Park Assistants employed in the maintenance of small satellite parks and/or in the collection of campsite fees in such parks.
(2) For split shift employees where a break longer than one hour is scheduled, a premium shall be paid for all hours worked which shall be the greater of:
(i) split shift premium of 55¢ per hour effective April 2, 2000; or
(ii) the relevant shift premium. No employee shall receive both premiums.
(f) All schedules selected from Table A shall clearly indicate the starting and finishing times of each shift.
(g) All schedules shall incorporate a rotation of days worked so that all days of rest shall be on an equitable basis. In the case of Laboratory Assistants and Laboratory Health Science Officers employed in operations where the workload varies considerably within a week, the equitable rotation of days of rest shall be scheduled to ensure adequate staffing on peak workload days.
(h) Where that is more than one shift, as defined in Clause 15.1 of the Main Public Service Agreement, employees shall rotate these shifts on an equitable basis.
Scheduling Limitations. The parties agree that limitations on schedule rotation, working beyond appointment hours and required weekends are desirable objectives. In this connection, the University shall:

Persons in continuous operations of twenty-four (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week who are subject to rotated shifts shall not be required to work more than seven (7) continuous days without a day off except in case of emergency as elsewhere defined in this Agreement in Article 6, Section 6.3.

Scheduling Limitations. The power scheduled from Unit #2 shall not exceed the reasonable and proper capability of Unit #2 less margins for spinning reserve and regulation as may be required for interconnected system operation in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice. Insofar as is practicable and unless otherwise agreed by Square Butte and Minnesota Power, required margins for spinning reserve shall be as determined by the Parties in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice and the applicable power pool policies or eligibility requirements then in effect.

Between May 1st and September 30th, employees shall be limited to two (2) weeks’ vacation with two (2) employees from Grade Levels 1 to 5 inclusive and three (3) employees from Grade Levels 6 to 9 inclusive being away at any one time. The Company agrees that more than the number of employees noted above may be away at any one time and more time than noted above may be allowed, provided adequate staff is available to meet production requirements.
