Scheduling Regulations for Extended Tours. Premium pay for Extended Tour is payable: a) If a nurse is scheduled on the posted work schedule without a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours off following the completion of the night tour to the start of the next scheduled tour when transitioning from nights to days or evenings. b) If a nurse is scheduled to work an additional shift without a minimum of twelve (12) hours off between tours of duty when transitioning from evenings to days, regardless of their declared availability to work the additional shift(s). c) If a part-time nurse is scheduled to work an additional shift without a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours off between tours of duty when transitioning from nights to days or evenings, regardless of their declared availability to work the additional shift(s). d) For nurses who work extended shifts premium rates will be paid when working the fourth (4th) and successive shift worked until a nurse is scheduled a day off. The Hospital will endeavour to schedule a replacement day off as operationally feasible. It is understood that this does not constitute a change in schedule or cancellation of shift under the collective agreement. e) A weekend is defined as Friday at 1930 until Monday at 0730.

Scheduling Regulations for Extended Tours. (a) No more than three (3) consecutive extended tours shall be scheduled without a day off. All employees shall receive premium payment for a fourth consecutive and subsequent tour until the employee receives a day off. (b) Employees working extended tours shall be scheduled off every other weekend; if an employee is required to work on a second subsequent and consecutive weekend she or he shall receive premium payment as set out in Article 14.03 of the central agreement for all hours worked on such subsequent and consecutive weekends worked until she or he receives a weekend off, save and except where: i) such weekend has been worked by the employee to satisfy specific days off requested by such employee; or, ii) such employee has requested weekend work in writing. Discontinuance of such request will be provided in writing by the employee; or, iii) such weekend is worked as the result of an exchange of tours with another employee. (c) A weekend off shall be defined as sixty (60) consecutive hours scheduled off duty following the completion of the Friday day tour. (d) Employees shall be allowed to exchange tours subject to Article F.1. (e) The maximum number of extended tours worked in any given seven (7) day period shall be five (5) and an employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) days in a two week period. If an employee is required to work in excess of the above, she or he shall receive premium payment as set out in Article 14.03 for all such hours worked until she or he is given time off.

  • Requests for Extension The Borrower may, by notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) not earlier than 90 days and not later than 35 days prior to an anniversary of the Closing Date (each, an “Applicable Anniversary Date”), request that each Lender extend such Lender’s Maturity Date for an additional year from the Maturity Date then in effect for such Lender hereunder (such Lender’s “Existing Maturity Date”).   • Responsibility for Evaluation Within each school the Principal will be responsible for the evaluation of employees assigned to that school. Evaluation will be made by the Principal or a qualified administrator. An employee assigned to more than one school will be evaluated by the Principal of the school in which the employee is assigned for the greater amount of time, with input provided by the Principal of the other school. Any Principal or person charged with the responsibility of evaluation of employees may involve other staff and students in the process if acceptable to the certificated teacher being evaluated.

  • Annual Reviews Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.
