School-year employee. A bargaining unit member employed to work at least one school year and whose employment follows the school calendar.
School-year employee. A school year employee is an employee in a position to work one hundred eighty (180) days or fewer and whose employment follows the school calendar for students, rather than a fiscal or twelve month calendar.
School-year employee. An employee whose employment follows the school calendar.
School-year employee. An Employee hired to work full-time a minimum of thirty (30) hours per week during a normal work week during the school year. Such Employee shall receive fringe benefits as specifically provided herein, but not paid vacation.

School-year employee. A bargaining unit member employed to work less than forty (40) hours per week and whose employment follows the school calendar.
School-year employee. Period commencing with the first day of school and ending with the last day of school in June.
School-year employee. Unit members scheduled to work less than 200 days a year but more than 170 days a year.
School-year employee. A school-year employee will earn sick leave at the rate of one (1) day per full month worked for a total of ten (10) days in any given year.
