School Year Sabbatical Leave. The Belmont Education Association and the Belmont School Committee agree that Belmont administrators should be encouraged to pursue individual study that will enhance their ability to contribute to the school system. Resources permitting, and upon recommendation of the Superintendent, such study may be undertaken through school year sabbatical leave.
School Year Sabbatical Leave. (a) The intent of a sabbatical leave is to allow the teacher professional growth which he/she could not normally attain while meeting his/her full-time responsibilities to the Belmont Public Schools.
