Those investment criteria apply to all assets considered Investment Property under the Participation Agreement and specify the objectives of the program related to safety, liquidity, and yield (return on investment). The investments will be diversified by security type and institution in an effort to minimize risk and exposure. Concentration of investments will depend on market conditions, availability in terms of desired maturities, collateral, creditworthiness, and market yields among other things.

SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE. (1) This Agreement shall cover the cooperation between the Contracting Parties regarding the financial support to renewable energy through the partial opening of their respective national support schemes to bids from solar PV projects located in the territory of the other Contracting Party. The cooperation is thereby based on the principle of reciprocity and on the understanding that it leads to a mutual benefit for both Contracting Parties, as well as on the understanding that for the Federal Republic of Germany the physical import of the electricity supported in the Kingdom of Denmark to the Federal Republic of Germany and for the Kingdom of Denmark the physical import of the electricity supported in the Federal Republic of Germany to the Kingdom of Denmark is important in the context of this cross-border cooperation, and that these preconditions are considered to be met for these pilot auction rounds in 2016 given the high direct interconnection level between the Contracting Parties and the small volume of the pilot auction rounds. (2) The objective of this Agreement shall be to provide a cooperation framework for opening a part of the Danish national support scheme in order to provide financial support to a winner or winners in the partially opened pilot auction round in the Kingdom of Denmark in 2016 concerning bids regarding solar PV projects located in the Federal Republic of Germany in the context of a single pilot auction round in 2016, and for opening a part of the German national support scheme in order to provide financial support to a winner or winners in the opened pilot auction round in the Federal Republic of Germany in 2016 concerning bids regarding solar PV projects located in the Kingdom of Denmark in the context of a single pilot auction round in 2016. (3) This Agreement shall further form the base for statistical transfers between the Contracting Parties under Article 6 of Directive 2009/28/EC. Article 3 National Support Schemes This Agreement shall only lay down provisions regarding a pilot run concerning the opened pilot auction round in the Federal Republic of Germany in 2016 and the partially opened pilot auction round in the Kingdom of Denmark in 2016. Where necessary in the course of the opened pilot auction round in the Federal Republic of Germany in 2016, this Agreement shall provide for adaptations to the German national support scheme in accordance with the GEEV. SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE. 3.1 Through the mechanism set up by this Memorandum, the Authorities agree to formally promote mutual assistance and exchange of information regarding the supervision of Regulated Entities to enable the Authorities to perform their respective duties and functions effectively according to the Laws, Regulations and Rules of their respective Jurisdictions. 3.2 The scope of this Memorandum includes: (a) Providing mutual assistance in the enforcement of the Laws, Regulations and Rules relating to Regulated Entities subject to regulation by the Authorities in their respective Jurisdictions; (b) Ascertaining whether senior personnel and other individuals who may impact the strategic direction or management of Regulated Entities are fit and proper persons for the conduct of the business of the Regulated Entities; (c) Cooperating in the harmonization of the Laws, Regulations and Rules used by the Authorities in the conduct of their functions; (x) Xxxxxxxxxxx in the identification of financial criminal activities in and by Regulated Entities and financial transactions including money laundering, and all other violations of laws as it relate to insurance business; (e) Cooperating in identifying Persons who beneficially own or control corporations / unincorporated bodies; (f) Encouraging and supporting insurance education for the Authorities; (g) Any regulatory matters agreed upon among the Authorities from time to time.

EDGE offers longer dated, fixed-income investments seeking to enhance returns while providing weekly liquidity to its participants.

SCOPE AND OBJECTIVE. This Logistics Appendix is incorporated by reference into the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement entered into between the MANUFACTURER and BUYER on September 18, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “Supply Agreement.”) The object of this Logistics Appendix is to identify the procedures for forecasting, ordering, shipping and invoicing the Parts listed in Schedule 1 and to identify the procedures for supply of BUYER Supplied Components to the MANUFACTURER. In case of any discrepancies between the Supply Agreement and this Logistics Appendix, the text of the Supply Agreement shall always prevail. This Logistics Appendix shall not create any obligation for BUYER to purchase any particular quantity of Parts from MANUFACTURER until a specific order has been placed for the Parts by the BUYER. The Parties acknowledge that this Logistics Appendix does not govern the forecasting, ordering, shipping or invoicing logistics invoicing for any parts other than those listed in Schedule 1.
