Scope/Deliverables. Scope Huntsville City Schools (HCS) requires specialized, technical professional information technology (IT) services in order to meet its evolved needs, as well as sustain the services first contracted with USi in January 2014. Categorically, USi shall provide services that include but are not limited to:  Advisory services related to organization, policies, and procedures.  Technical documentation creation and revision.  Project planning and execution management for IT projects.  Project planning and execution management for non-IT projects (e.g., facilities construction or renovation).  Databases administration and management.  Web sites software programming services, including creating, modifying, and administering Web sites.  Microsoft SharePoint sites services, including creating, modifying, and administering SharePoin sites.  Digital data network operations support and management.  Digital data network security support and management.  End-user devices (e.g., computers, tablets, etc.) support and management.  Multi-tier assistance to users of information or education technology which may include: o technicians assigned to specific schools for on-site response; o technicians assigned to centralized help-desk operations for remote response; and, o periodically, as situations warrant, higher order, specialized skills personnel whose primary roles normally are other than direct user support responding via remote communications means or visiting specific sites. USi shall provide the aforementioned services consistent with or exceeding information technology and education technology support services industries’ standards or generally accepted practices. USi shall manage the personnel who are providing the services. USi shall provide to the HCS Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or a designee weekly reports of significant activities of coincident to USi’s invoicing of the District. HCS will provide working space, hardware, software, and access to systems and facilities necessary to enable USi’s contract performance for the term of this agreement as set forth in Article II.

USi shall provide support services and professional expertise consistent with industry standards to the District. Scope/Deliverables. The MeasureUp campaign will expand on program activities and resources already developed, and will be directed by evaluation recommendations. It will incorporate, where possible, links with other partnership elements including Healthy Communities, Healthy Workers and Healthy Children. The campaign will also endeavour to link with outcomes that arise from the 'Industry Partnerships' component of COAG which is designed to reshape consumer demand and industry supply towards healthy living choices by government working in partnership with relevant industry and non- government sectors. The campaign could also seek to accommodate new nutrition messages that emerge over the next four years, particularly as a result of the revised nutritional guidelines. It will also seek to complement activity under the Closing the Gap in Indigenous Health Outcomes component of COAG.

To this end the PA must put in place appropriate resources to meet the programme’s procurement requirements, and develop appropriate supply market knowledge in-country, and provide practical sourcing options for the efficient and effective procurement of project requirements
